The present invention relates to a method for using blast furnace cement, and its purpose is to provide a method for using blast furnace cement to promote strength development in the early stage of the material age and to provide a hardened cement product with excellent compressive strength in the long term. It is about providing. Because blast furnace slag has latent hydraulic properties, it is used in combination with Portland cement.A typical example is so-called B-class blast furnace cement, which has a blast furnace slag content of 30 to 60% by weight. . Compared to ordinary Portland cement (specific surface area 3000-3300cm 2 /g),
More fine powder state (specific surface area 3500-4000cm 2 /g)
However, at present, it still does not exhibit satisfactory initial strength. In order to improve this drawback, the present inventors first blended blast furnace water slag with a specific surface area of 3000 cm 2 /g or less into Portland cement, and added an alkali metal of 1% or more by weight to the total. We proposed a blast furnace slag-based cement containing sulfate (Special application)
No. 55-66556). This blast furnace slag-based cement exhibits high initial strength when used in a paste state (water/cement ratio = 0.4), and also exhibits deterioration in bending strength caused by alkali metal sulfates, which tends to occur over a long period of time. It has the advantage of not causing However, according to further research by the present inventors,
Mortar condition with large amount of mixed water (water/cement ratio =
Regarding the use of 0.65), it has been found that there is a problem in that the hardening strength, especially the compressive strength, does not necessarily increase smoothly with the age of the material over a long period of time. By the way, the present inventors have conducted further intensive research to improve this point, and have found that when applying an organic admixture with a water-reducing effect to blast furnace cement together with alkali metal sulfate as an auxiliary component. The inventors have found that the object can be achieved and have completed the present invention. That is, according to the present invention, when using blast furnace cement made of blast furnace water slag and Portland cement, the blast furnace cement is mixed with water in the coexistence of an alkali metal sulfate and an organic admixture having a water-reducing effect, A method of using blast furnace cement is provided, the method comprising curing the blast furnace cement. In the blast furnace cement of the present invention, the blending amount of blast furnace water slag is preferably 30 to 60% by weight. Excessively finely pulverized cement requires extra power to grind, and the hardened mortar and concrete surfaces can crack when exposed to the outside air, exposed to direct sunlight, and exposed to rainwater. Therefore, it is preferable for the blast furnace cement of the present invention to have a total average specific surface area in the range of about 2,500 to 3,500 cm 2 /g for versatility. In addition, when adjusting the fineness of blast furnace cement, we made a difference in the fineness of the blast furnace water slag component and the Portland cement component, making the former coarser and the latter finer so that the overall average specific surface area was 2500 to 3500 cm. It is best to keep it within the range of 2 /g. In other words, the specific surface area of blast furnace water slag is 1500 to 3500.
Specific surface area as cm 2 /g and portland cement
It is preferable to use one in the range of 3500 to 6000 cm 2 /g. This makes it possible to prevent cracking and improve initial strength. In the present invention, an alkali metal sulfate and an organic admixture having a water-reducing effect are added to the above-mentioned blast furnace cement, mixed with water, and hardened. In this case, the alkali metal sulfate can be added to the blast furnace cement in advance or can be added during mixing. Also,
The admixture can also be added to the blast furnace cement in advance, but it can also be added at the time of mixing. In the coexistence of these auxiliary ingredients,
Alkali metal sulfates promote early strength development,
Admixtures show the effect of preventing deterioration of compressive strength during long-term material age. The amount of water added during mixing is within a normal range, and the mixing method and addition of aggregate during mixing follow conventional methods. The resulting mixture is applied to various construction sites and cured to provide the desired cured cement product. The alkali metal sulfate used in the present invention is
The amount is usually 1 to 10% by weight, preferably 1 to 5% by weight based on blast furnace cement. As the alkali metal sulfate, sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate, etc. are used. In addition, admixtures include organic ones that have a water-reducing effect, such as highly condensed triazine (commercial product, Pozolith NL4000), β-naphthalene sulfonate (commercial product, Kao Mighty 150), and calcium lignin sulfonate. (Commercial product Pozolith
No.5L) etc. The amount added varies from about 0.1 to 5% by weight depending on the quality and condition of the drug, so the appropriate amount was determined by referring to the water reducing agent manufacturer's specifications. The water-reducing effect referred to here means that the addition of the chemical causes cement particles mixed with water to disperse each other, and as a result, it becomes possible to mix mortar and concrete with a small amount of water. For details on organic admixtures that have such a water-reducing effect, see, for example, the literature Yasuo Kondo, Shizuo Saka, "Concrete Engineering Handbook" p. 112, published by Asakura Shoten, 1964 (4th edition),
and Masao Kobayashi, “Concrete Admixtures”, Cement Concrete Magazine (published by the Cement Association), 1972.
See March issue, p.45. The blast furnace water slag used in the present invention has a usual composition, and an example of the composition is shown below. (Units are weight %) SiO 2 : 33-36, A 2 O 3 : 13-17, CaO: 39-

was added and further water was added and mixed to create a paste sample (water/mixture weight ratio = 0.35). This sample was left to harden, and the relationship between its age, compressive strength, and bending strength was measured. The results are shown in Tables 1 and 2. In addition, in Tables 1 and 2, sample A

や、硫酸カリの代替使用にも認められた。[Table] From the results shown in the table above, it can be seen that the addition of sodium sulfate and the admixture improves the compressive strength at all ages and prevents the deterioration of the bending strength at long-term ages. Also, this tendency is observed in other admixtures (Kao Mighty 150 and Pozolith No.5L).
It has also been approved as an alternative to potassium sulfate.
