The external dimensions of various large control display panels are usually determined according to the installation space, but the external dimensions of particularly large ones are extremely large: approximately 10 m wide, 4.35 m high, and 0.6 m deep. Because it is large,
In consideration of transportation and the size of the entrance, the device is usually divided into two parts in the height direction and three parts in the width direction, and then transported into the room and assembled. In this case, there is a limit to the height of the ceiling in the room due to architectural restrictions, and the control display panel uses the maximum effective height, so the distance between the top surface of the display panel and the ceiling is approximately several tens of centimeters. Only a gap can be left.

The conventional method for assembling split panels is to first erect scaffolding around the designated location in the room where it will be installed, remove the decorative panel on the ceiling, drive in anchor bolts, and attach chain blocks to the anchor bolts.
The upper panel divided by the chain block is lifted to a predetermined height, and then the lower panel is installed under the lifted upper panel using rollers, etc., and the upper panel is gradually lifted. A commonly used method is to hang the panel on the lower panel and fit it onto the lower panel.

Another assembly method is to first install the lower panel on a predetermined base, then lift the upper panel to a predetermined height in the vicinity of the lower panel using the method described above, and then install the lower panel. Another method is to move it onto a base and lower it.

However, the conventional method of lifting the top panel is dangerous because the work must be done under the top panel, and the latter method in particular may not be applicable due to space constraints, and in any case, In order to attach a hanging device such as a chain block to the panel, a large gap is required between the ceiling and the top surface of the assembled panel, which is dangerous and wastes man-hours.

In addition, the method using a lifter does not require a large gap between the top surface of the assembled panel and the ceiling, but it is difficult and dangerous to move and place the upper panel lifted by the lifter onto the lower panel. It was hot. This problem was most noticeable when stacking large objects.

In view of the above-mentioned conventional situation, the present invention improves the method of pushing up from below using a simple forklift to create a new split-type panel that further simplifies panel assembly work and improves safety. The purpose is to provide an assembly method.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides, when assembling a split type panel, on the top surface of the split lower panel.
A slide fixing plate is placed in advance with its front end protruding from the front surface of the panel and its rear end fixed, and the upper panel to be placed on the lower panel is placed with a slide plate on its underside. After placing the lifter on the lifting table, raise the lifting table of the lifter until the upper panel is at the height of the slide fixing plate on the lower panel, and in this state, move the tip of the slide plate to the The slide fixing plate is placed on the upper surface of the front end of the slide fixing plate so as to overlap, and then the slide plate is slid substantially horizontally together with the upper panel to place the upper panel on the lower panel, and then the slide fixing plate interposed between both panels is A method is adopted in which the board and slide board are removed.

When the slide fixing plate placed on the upper surface of the lower panel is moved to place the upper panel placed on the lifter on the lower panel, the tip protruding from the front end of the panel initially acts as a guide means. After that, the sliding plate placed on the underside of the upper panel should have good sliding properties. On the other hand, the slide plate placed on the lower surface of the upper panel improves sliding performance when the upper panel is moved and placed on the slide fixing plate. In short, the slide fixing plate and the slide plate have the effect of safely and easily moving the upper panel placed on the lifter onto the lower panel.

FIG. 2 is a side view showing a state in the middle of assembly for explaining one embodiment of the method for assembling a split type control surface panel according to the present invention, and parts equivalent to those in the previous figure are designated by the same reference numerals. There is. 4 in Figure 2
is set and fixed on the upper surface of the lower panels 1 to 3 from the back side B of the panel. That is, the slide fixing plate 5 to be placed and fixed is set on the lower surface of the upper panels 1' to 3' from the front side S of the panel. In other words, the slide plate 6, which is attached in a non-fixed state so as to be laid down, is a simple lifter equipped with an elevating table 61 and an outrigger 62 and which can be disassembled and transported.

Now, such a split type control display panel is brought into the room in a divided state and assembly is started, but prior to assembly, the simple lifter 6, which can be disassembled and transported, is also brought in at the same time. First, lower panels 1 to 3 are sequentially installed and fixed on a predetermined base. Next, on the top surface of any one of the panels 1 to 3 (for example, panel 1), a plurality of slide fixing plates 4 according to the width are placed from the back side of the panel at symmetrical positions with respect to the center of the panel. An L-shaped hook (see FIG. 2) attached to the lower surface of the rear end is engaged with and fixed to the upper frame of the panel.

On the other hand, on the lower surface of the upper panel 1' corresponding to the lower panel 1, the same number of slide plates 5 as the slide fixing plates 4 are placed at positions corresponding to the positions of the slide fixing plates, and their L-shaped rear ends are connected as shown in the second figure. The upper panel 1 is pressed against the front surface of the panel as shown in FIG. In this case, the panel is placed so that its center of load coincides with the center of the lifting table 61. After this, attach the lifter 6 to the corresponding lower panel 1.
The lifting table 61 is raised from the lowest position by moving it to the front of the slide fixing plate 4, which is placed on the upper surface of the lower panel 1 and fixed (actually held by engagement). The table raising operation of the lifter 6 is stopped at a position slightly overlapping the upper surface of the protruding front end, and the lifter 6 is fixed so as not to move by the jacking of the outrigger 62. At this time, a load from the lifter 6 side is applied to the front end portion of the slide fixing plate 4, but the rear end portion is not lifted up due to the engagement action of the L-shaped hook described above. In this state, the slide plate 5 placed on the lower surface of the upper panel 1' is manually slid on the slide fixing plate 4 placed and fixed on the upper surface of the lower panel 1 in the direction of arrow A, so that the panel surface is Place it so that it matches. In this case, if a little oil is interposed between the slide fixing plate 4 and the slide plate 5, they can easily slide. However, in this state, the slide fixing plate 4 and the slide plate 5 are still sandwiched between the upper panel 1' and the lower panel 1, so use a jack (not shown) to adjust the load center to the end of the upper panel 1'. The upper panel is raised so that a slight gap is created in the part where the slide plate 5 is laid, and the slide fixing plate 4 is pulled out toward the back side of the panel, and the slide plate 5 is pulled out toward the front side of the panel to lower the jitter. By sequentially placing the upper panels 1' to 3' on the corresponding lower panels 1 to 3 in this manner, assembly can be accomplished in a short time.

Incidentally, the present inventors have developed an assembly method of the present invention using a simple portable lifter 6, a slide fixing plate 4, and a slide plate 5 and a conventional assembly method using a chain block, which is divided into six parts as shown in FIG. According to the results of comparing panel assembly of
The assembly method of the present invention dramatically reduced the number of man-hours to 24 people (6 people x 4 hours), whereas the method of the present invention required 112 people (14 people x 8 hours), and the gap between the top of the panel and the ceiling was reduced to approximately 100 cm using the conventional method. However, with the method of the present invention, it was found that approximately 3 cm was sufficient.
