The method of mounting the exterior curtain wall panel unit is to use the lifting means (crane) installed on the roof of the building or the like to directly mount the exterior curtain wall panel unit one unit from the ground or on the truck. It is common to hang them up and attach them sequentially from the bottom. Further, there is already a method of attaching Japanese Patent Application No. 5-204056 proposed by the present applicant.

According to this construction method, an exterior curtain wall assembly work facility is installed on the ground portion of the exterior wall surface of the building to which the exterior curtain wall is attached, and along the assembly work facility, the width is the same as the width of the exterior wall surface, or the elevator curtain is moved up and down. The pedestal is divided so as to correspond to the uneven outer wall surface, and the elevating pedestal is sequentially attached downward from the upper part of the building outer wall surface by the elevating means provided on the outer wall surface of the building.

According to the above-mentioned conventional generally used mounting method, since each of the exterior curtain wall panel units is individually lifted and mounted, the number of panel units is repeated. Since the installation work is complicated, the work is complicated, and during that time, the crane becomes a factor that interrupts other building work and delays the process.

[0006] The latter is the installation enforcement method of Japanese Patent Application No. 5-204056 proposed by the present applicant, in which the exterior curtain wall assembly work facility is installed on the ground part of the outer wall surface of the building, Since a platform having the same width as the width of the outer wall of the building is erected and a plurality of hoisting means (electric chain blocks) are operated to hoist at the same time to raise and lower, a hoisting stand due to an error in hoisting speed of the plurality of hoisting means. Caused a rough surface,
Since it is difficult to deform the exterior curtain wall assembled on the gantry and attach it to a predetermined position, the gantry cannot be made too long (width of the outer wall surface of the building).

As described above, according to the present invention, a connecting elevating platform which is connected to elevating means and can follow displacement can be installed in an assembly work facility for building outer walls, and an exterior curtain wall material can be installed on a floor near the assembly work facility. A transfer device is installed, and a curtain wall member is transferred from the exterior curtain wall material transfer device onto the connecting lift platform to assemble an exterior curtain wall of a first floor of the building on the connecting lift platform, and the assembled exterior is assembled. The curtain wall is raised to a predetermined position on the upper part of the building by raising the connecting lifting frame, the exterior curtain wall raised to the predetermined position is tightly bound to the outer wall surface of the building, and the outer curtain wall tightly bound to the outer wall surface of the building is Is it the one that is released from the connected lifting platform and restored to the assembly work facility to repeat the above work? Conveying and assembling the exterior curtain wall of one floor of the building on the connecting platform is not necessary to install on the ground floor of the building by installing a material transfer device inside the building, which facilitates space-saving assembly work and connection. The exterior curtain wall on the connecting elevator is attached to the predetermined position by the elevating means of the elevator, when the installation is completed, return the connecting elevator to the original position, and repeat the same procedure as above on the next floor. This makes it possible to install the exterior curtain wall of a large-scale super high-rise building with high accuracy, good workability, and without risk, safely and labor-saving.

Further, since the lifting / lowering of the connecting lifting / lowering platform is automatically controlled by a plurality of lifting / lowering means integrally, the winding speed is automatically controlled. Can be raised and lowered. Further, since the hoisting speed of the elevating means is automatically controlled through the inverter provided in the circuit, the hoisting speed can be freely changed to low, medium, or high speed to facilitate the control and ensure safe operation.
