Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of work for attachment of an exterior panel, reduce the labor and secure the safety. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 is provided along one side of a building so as to be lifted and lowered by a lifting means, and, on the ground, a plurality of large-sized exterior unit panels 41 fabricated beforehand on the frame 2 are integrally assembled so as to have a size corresponding to a desired size of one side of the building, which are fixedly attached onto the frame 2 so as to be lifted to a specific location at the upper part of the building and fixed to the side of the building 1. And the assembled frame 2 and the panels 41 are released and lowered onto the ground by the lifting means, and at the succeeding lower storied, these operations are repeated to successively perform the attachment work.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, as described above, there is no method in which a curtain wall or the like made of precast concrete having a surface finish of metal panels or tiles is hung by a lifting machine or the like and attached at a predetermined position. The scaffolding method and the external scaffolding are temporarily installed to perform the mounting work, but the above-mentioned method has the following problems.

In the mounting work by the scaffolding method, since a single panel or curtain wall member made of metal is hoisted and mounted, the mounting work is repeated as many as the single unit, and the mounting work is complicated and the members are Since it is performed in an unstable posture when it is taken in from the building, there are many risks when working in high places, but it is difficult to secure personnel because there are no safety measures and skilled workers are required for the work. .

Further, when an external scaffold is temporarily installed on the entire outer periphery of the building, the members are hung between the external scaffold and the building and transported to the mounting position, so that a panel having a very large shape cannot be formed, so that work efficiency is improved. Does not rise. Furthermore, a great deal of labor is required to assemble and disassemble the scaffold.

Commonly, in a method in which a metal panel or curtain wall member is hoisted by a lifting machine or the like and conveyed to a predetermined position, the process is delayed because the member cannot be unloaded and taken in mainly in strong wind because of the weather. In addition, joint caulking between members after mounting the members is inefficient due to work at high places, and uniform quality control is difficult.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the building exterior panel mounting construction method of the present invention comprises a pedestal installed on the ground which is vertically movable along one side of the building by the elevating means. A plurality of large-scale exterior unit panels prepared in advance on a gantry are placed on a desired size on one side surface of the building to seal between the exterior unit panels, and the gantry and the exterior unit panel are placed at the bottom. Tightly connected,
The upper parts of these exterior unit panels are connected together to be assembled integrally, and they are raised to a predetermined position on the upper part of the building by the elevating means, and are tightly connected to the building body, and the tightness between the pedestal and the lower part of the exterior unit panel is released. Then, the elevator unit descends and restores to the ground, and the next lower floor is also constructed by sequentially attaching the exterior unit panel to one side surface of the building by repeating the above work.

[Operation] A pedestal that can be raised and lowered along one side of the building by the elevating means is installed on the ground, and a plurality of large exterior unit panels pre-fabricated on the pedestal are mounted on the one side of the building in a desired size. The exterior unit panels are sealed together, the base and the exterior unit panels are tightly connected at the bottom, the tops of the exterior unit panels are connected together, and they are integrally assembled, and the platform is installed by the elevating means. Also, by raising the exterior unit panel to a predetermined position on the upper part of the building and tightly connecting the exterior unit panel to the building body to attach the exterior panel unit to the building, construction without scaffolding is possible and sealing work etc. is possible. By doing most of the work on the ground, the installation work will be more efficient, labor-saving and safe.

The horizontal position sensor 63 includes light receivers 63a and 63a arranged at both ends of the elevator base 2, and a laser oscillator 63b installed at a lower portion of the building 1 so as to vertically face the light receivers 63a and 63a. 63b and a controller (not shown), and the controller calculates the coordinate position of the laser beam received by the light receivers 63a and 63a, thereby measuring the horizontal position of the elevator platform 2 provided with the light receivers 63a and 63a. Therefore, it is possible to measure the proper mounting position of each exterior unit panel 41 assembled and placed on the elevating stand 2. The measurement by the horizontal position sensor 63 is performed before the ascent of the elevator base 2 once before the ascent is started.

Further, in the control device 64, the display 6
An image obtained by dividing the elevator pedestal 2 into two areas A and B is displayed in the central portion of 5, and based on height data at four corners, for example, two areas A and B of the elevator pedestal 2 are displayed. Among them, an area (for example, area A) whose position is higher than one of the areas is displayed in a different color. This is because a value (deviation) obtained by subtracting the reference value from the other one of the two height data input to the control device 64 is set as a reference value, and the value is a preset range. 2 if applicable

In this exterior unit panel transfer process, the control device 64 receives detection signals from the height detection sensor 61 and the tilt sensor 62, and the control device 64 uses the detection signals to detect the height of the gantry 2 and The tilted state is displayed on the display 65. Therefore, the operator can drive and correct one of the chain blocks 30 based on this display to raise the gantry 2 while holding it in a horizontal state.

In this way, the gantry 2 is stably transported to a predetermined upper level, and the exterior unit panel group 4 on the gantry 2 is arranged at the mounting position of the building 1. At this time, in the gantry 2, the regular mounting position of the exterior unit panel group 4 is measured by calculating the detection signal from the horizontal position sensor 63 by the controller, and this measurement data is graphically displayed on the display 65 by the control device 64. And the like, the exterior unit panel group 4 can be easily positioned at the regular mounting position of the building 1, and the exterior unit panel group 4 is fixed to the shaft member 11 of the building 1 by an appropriate fixing means (not shown), 4 are connected by an appropriate connecting means. (External unit panel fixing process).

In this example, the case where the exterior panel is attached to the one side surface of the building 1 which is linear in a plan view has been described. However, the planar shape of the one side surface of the building is not limited to this example, and the planar shape is not limited to this example. It can also be applied to arcuate and wavy shapes. That is, any shape can be applied as long as there is no protrusion in the middle of the building 1 and the like and the planar shape is maintained vertically.

Although the exterior panel may be attached to the other side surface of the building by the above-described construction method, the construction method of the present invention may be applied to the case where the exterior panel is attached to only one side surface depending on the location of the building or the like. This is effective when the exterior panel is attached to one side where this construction method can be implemented when this construction method cannot be implemented due to the special shape of the side surface.

As described above, according to the present invention, a large-scale unitized exterior unit panel is assembled on the ground portion on the pedestal which is configured to be vertically movable along one side of the building by the elevating means. By moving and transporting the gantry to a predetermined position so that it can be installed from inside the building, the work on the ground becomes the main task, and the work can be performed safely and efficiently, and it depends on the weather too. However, joint caulking between members can be efficiently performed on the ground and uniform quality can be ensured without causing a delay in the process. Therefore, efficiency of installation work, labor saving and safety can be ensured.
