Claims (1)
- 複数のポンプと、これらポンプをおのおの直列
に接続する通路および並列に接続する通路と、上
記通路のいずれかを選択的に開通する弁機構とか
らなる多段式流体機械であつて、上記弁機構は、
この多段式流体機械の吸入口と排出口との圧力差
が所定値以下の時に各ポンプを並列に接続する通
路を開通し、上記圧力差が所定値以上の時には各
ポンプを直列に接続する通路を開通することを特
徴とする多段式流体機械。
