Claims (1)
- 集積回路を取付部材により放熱部材に取り付け
た後、該取付部材に設けた係止爪によりプリント
基板に固定する集積回路取付構造において、上記
取付部材の放熱部材への取付部分と上記係止爪と
の間に切込みを設けたことを特徴とする集積回路
取付機構。
