Recently, brick panels have been used as exterior wall panels for buildings.
Heavy panels such as cement panels and metal panels have come into widespread use. Among these, brick panels have come to be preferred as exterior wall materials for curtain walls in modern high-rise buildings due to their solid feel, aesthetic appeal, and durability. This type of brick panel is manufactured in a factory as a unit without using the construction method of stacking individual bricks.

To manufacture brick panels in a factory, a rectangular form is placed on a table, a joint frame is provided inside the form, and individual bricks are placed within the joint frame. Next, mortar is poured into the joint gaps between the bricks, and after the mortar has cured, the formwork and joint frame are removed to complete a brick panel with recessed joints formed on the outdoor surface. Each brick has a hole passing through it in the vertical direction, and vertical reinforcing bars are passed through this hole to improve the bondability of the individual bricks.

Using a brick panel constructed in this manner as an exterior wall material for a curtain wall simplifies on-site work, but a portion of the brick panel must be modified in order to be attached to the frame, which may damage the brick. Brick panels are also heavy and require fine adjustments to get into place, making installation time-consuming. Furthermore, brick panels must be able to withstand inter-story displacement due to earthquakes, etc. Most of the vibrational movement of buildings during earthquakes is horizontal movement, with the upper and lower floor slabs of the building frame moving horizontally in different directions.
However, the brick panels are fixed across the upper and lower floor slabs and cannot follow the horizontal movement described above. As a result, the bricks and the joint mortar between the bricks crack and fall off, causing great damage.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and is a support device that connects a plurality of bricks with vertical reinforcing bars to form a brick panel, and attaches the brick panel to fasteners on the building frame side. The brackets inserted into the joints are connected to the vertical reinforcing bars, and a part of the brackets is made to protrude indoors, and holes for bolt insertion are formed in the fasteners connected to the protruding parts of the brackets, and bolts and nuts are inserted through the fasteners. The panel is attached so as to be slidable in a direction parallel to the plane of the panel, and an adjustment bolt is attached to the substantially central part of the lower part of the panel in the width direction so as to be freely adjustable in the vertical direction, and the lower free end of the adjustment bolt is attached to the upper surface of the frame. It is supported in abutting manner.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a hole 6 passing vertically through the brick is formed during molding. The figure shows a case where two holes 6 are provided in the original brick 5 and one hole 6 is provided in the half-sized brick. A vertical reinforcing bar 7 is passed through the hole 6 in the vertical direction, and the gap between the reinforcing bar 7 and the hole is filled with mortar 8. Further, semicircular joint recesses are provided on the end faces of the bricks 5, and joints are filled in the recesses to connect them in the lateral direction. Similarly, mortar is used to connect the top and bottom of each brick. 9 indicates a lead-in joint portion.

For example, a bracket 10 having a channel-shaped cross section is attached using the horizontal joints of the brick panel 1 or 2 formed as described above. That is, bracket 10
A linear groove-shaped notch 11 and an L-shaped groove-shaped notch 12 are provided in the upper and lower parallel parts of the engage. The part of the brick panel into which the parallel part of the bracket 10 is to be inserted is formed in advance in a recess excluding the brick, and
After inserting 0, fill with mortar and add tiles 13 to the outside.
Alternatively, the joints near the bricks of the insertion portion may be left open in advance, and after the bracket 10 is inserted while holding the bricks, the remaining joints may be filled with mortar. Furthermore, in order to ensure strength, horizontal reinforcing bars 14 can be arranged perpendicularly to the vertical reinforcing bars 7 and parallel to the plane of the brick panel, and these reinforcing bars 7, 14 and the bracket 10 can be bound or welded to each other. Although the bracket 10 with a channel-shaped cross section is used in the above embodiment, it is also possible to use a bracket with an L-shaped cross section.

The above bracket 10 is fixed to the frame 15 with bolts 17A and nuts 17B to the fastener 16.
Install using. 1 bolt to fastener 16
The through hole 18 through which 7A is passed is formed to be a sufficiently large hole compared to the diameter of the bolt 17A, so that the bolt 17A can move over a wide range in the vertical and horizontal directions when an external force is applied in the surface direction of the brick panel. There is.
Further, a liner 19 made of stainless steel or the like having a small coefficient of friction is inserted between the sliding contact portions of the bracket 10 and the fastener 16 to improve the sliding between them.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a bracket 10 similar to that described above is attached in the same manner at approximately the center of the brick panel in the width direction. A screw hole is bored in the lower parallel portion of the bracket 10, and an adjustment bolt 20 is screwed into the hole from below. Reference numeral 21 designates a locking nut. Further, an angled receiving fitting 22 is fixed to the outdoor end edge of the frame 15, and the head 20A of the adjustment bolt 20 is made to abut on the upper surface of the receiving fitting 22.

When attaching the brick panel to the building frame, turn the head 20A of the adjustment bolt 20 with the head 20A in contact with the top surface of the bracket 22 to adjust the brick panel up and down to a predetermined position, and then tighten each bolt 17A. ,
Set the brick panel onto the frame using nuts 17B. The joints between each brick panel are sealed with a tight material 24 via a backup material 23. The locking nut 21 is fixed to the bracket 10 and the adjustment bolt 20 by means such as welding.
In other words, most of the weight of the brick panel is the adjustment bolt 2.

Even if there is an inter-story displacement of the building frame due to an earthquake or the like as described above, the brick panel will be able to cope within the range of the hole 18 and maintain the original rectangular shape of the panel using the contact point between the adjustment bolt 20 and the bracket 22 as a fulcrum. Rotate with. Therefore, unlike conventional brick panels, the outer shape does not become a parallelogram due to distortion due to interlayer displacement (which causes cracks in the joints between the bricks and in the bricks), and the brick panel as a unit will not be damaged. .

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the on-site installation work is extremely simple because the panel is attached to the frame only via brackets and fasteners. In addition, the weight panel can be finely adjusted vertically by simply operating the adjustment bolt in the center, allowing the panel to be securely installed in a fixed position, and furthermore, it can be rotated within the range of the hole using the adjustment bolt as a fulcrum during interlayer displacement. Therefore, deformation and breakage of the panel can be prevented, and as a unique effect of brick panels, the bracket can be attached to any position on the panel using the horizontal joints, which has many advantages.
