工部9にドアインナパネル6の外周縁が挾持固定
されており、また、ドアインナパネル6のフラン
ジ5と、このフランジ5と略平行にドアアウタパ
ネル3の内周縁に形成されたフランジ10にチヤ
ンネル部材7の側壁11,12が夫々スポツト溶
接され、これらドアアウタパネル3、ドアインナ
パネル6及びチヤンネル部材7によつて閉断面空
間Sが形成されていた。なお、チヤンネル部材7
には金属製等のリテーナ(図示せず)を介してド
アウインドガラスを保持するガイド部材(図示せ
ず)が装着されるようになつており、このチヤン
ネル部材7でガイド部材保持部を構成しているが

ヤンネル部材7に固定される構造となつている。

間が掛かるという問題を有していた他、チヤンネ
ル部材7を上記フランジ10,5の所定位置に合
わせる場合に、上下方向のズレが生じ易く、位置
決めが難かしいという不具合を有していた。

度をもつたチヤンネル状のガイド部材保持部7を
構成し、一方の側壁11がドアインナパネル6の
フランジ5に当接している。この場合に、ガイド
部材保持部7の開口8は適宜の開き角度θをも

ツト側の側壁11に電極13の先端部を当てるこ
とができる。また、他方側の側壁12はドアアウ
タパネル3と一体成形となつているために溶接す
る必要がなく、また略矩形状の断面構造を形成し
ているので、ドアアウタパネル3の内周縁の剛性
が向上する。また、この実施例においても、従来
と同様、ガイド部材保持部7には金属製等のリテ
ーナ(図示せず)を介してドアウインドガラスを
保持するガイド部材(図示せず)が装着されるよ
うになつており、このリテーナはビス、クリツプ
等の止具を用いてガイド部材保持部7に固定され
る構造となつている。また、ドアインナパネル6
の突出段部4には接着剤を介してドアウエザース
トリツプ(図示せず)が装着される構造となつて
いる。
