Claims (1)
- 適当な間隔で小型電子部品の収納部を設けると
共に、送り用の穴を列設した帯状の搬送体と、該
搬送体上に接着して小型電子部品を収納した該収
納部をカバーするカバーテープからなるものにお
いて、該カバーテープとして感光性粘着剤層を有
する粘着テープを用い、小型電子部品と接触する
部分を光照射して非粘着化することにより、搬送
体には強固に接着するが、小型電子部品には接着
しないカバーテープとしたことを特徴とする小型
電子部品の搬送体構造。
