インダクタンスの変化を示すグラフ図である。第
４図は、第２図の磁心の各位置Ａ，Ｃに対応した
周波数分離・選択特性を示すグラフ図である。第
５図は、本考案による積層チツプ可変コイルの斜
視図である。第６図〜第１２図は、従来技術によ
る積層コイル部分の製造工程を示す平面図である
。第１３図は、従来技術の積層チツプ可変コイル
の断面図である。第１４図は、第１３図の等価回
路図である。 図中の各番号が示す名称を下記に挙げる。なお

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 磁性体層とこの磁性体層に形成された導体
層により構成される積層コイル部分と、 この積層コイル部分の少なくとも一箇所に形成
された非磁性体層と、 磁性体層と非磁性体層を貫通する貫通孔とを備
える積層チツプ可変コイルであつて、 前記貫通孔内の磁気コア部材の移動によりイン
ダクタンスが調整できることを特徴とする積層チ
ツプ可変コイル。 (2) 前記磁気コア部材は、磁心とトリマーとフ
ランジを備え、トリマーとフランジは非磁性材料
で構成され、フランジに対するトリマーの回転に
より磁心が移動する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の積層チツプ可変コイル。
