- 磁性基板上に、下部磁性層、ギヤツプ用絶縁層
及び上部磁性層を形成し、前記下部磁性層の一部
に凹部を形成し、該凹部にコイル層を設けた薄膜
磁気ヘツドにおいて、前記コイル層を絶縁層分離
された複数の導体コイル層よりなる多層構造とし
、前記複数の導体コイル層を導電性材料で強磁性
材料を挾持して成る薄膜磁気ヘツド。
