Claims (1)
- 磁性体基板内に二つのインダクタを形成する導
体パターンを有する積層トランスにおいて、該導
体パターンは磁性体内の所定の二点を交互に周回
し、かつ該二点の中間の位置で磁性体層を介して
交差するように８字形の二つの積層インダクタを
形成し、該二つのインダクタの８字形の一方の導
体パターンが同じ点を周回しながら交互に積層さ
れていることを特徴とする積層トランス。
