- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部にヒータが配設され絶縁埋込剤により
固定された陰極スリーブと、この陰極スリーブの
一端に接合され電子放射物質が含浸された円板状
陰極基体と、上記陰極スリーブの他端に支持体を
介して固定された外側支持筒体とを具備してなる
含浸型陰極構体において、 上記陰極スリーブの他外周面に厚肉部が一体に
成形され、この厚肉部に上記支持体が溶接固着さ
れてなることを特徴とする含浸型陰極構体。 (2) 上記厚肉部に複数の切欠きが設けられ、上
記支持体との接触面積を減少させてなる実用新案
