Claims (1)
- 頂面に電子放射物質が形成された基体金属を有
する陰極スリーブと、この陰極スリーブを支持材
を介して支持する陰極支持筒と、この陰極支持筒
を絶縁基板の開口部に固定してなる電子管用陰極
構体において、予め前記絶縁基板の開口部に固定
された金属円筒の頂部近傍に、この金属円筒内に
挿入された陰極支持筒の肩部近傍が溶接固着され
てなることを特徴とする電子管用陰極構体。
