Outdoor stairs applied to multi-family houses, that is, stairs used for ascending and descending for residents on the second floor, have conventionally been constructed of steel frame materials, iron plate materials, or the like. Therefore, when going up and down, it makes a metallic sound peculiar to iron plates, creating a kind of noise. In addition, since outdoor stairs are directly exposed to wind and rain, they are prone to rust and other problems, and their durability is also a problem.

FIG. 1 shows the whole of a row of houses A, and FIG. 2 shows the steps applied to an outdoor staircase B of the row of houses. The step plate 1 is formed into a plate shape by extrusion molding a cement material mixed with asbestos or the like, and is made into a hollow body in order to reduce weight and cost. Alternatively, the weight of the step board 1 may be reduced by foaming the cement material. Rear end edge 2a of the upper surface 2 of this step plate 1
is raised upward, and a riser 10 shown in FIG. 3 is attached to the upper surface 2b of the raised rear end.
A locking recess 2c into which the lower end 10a is inserted and locked is formed. In addition, the front end 2 of the upper surface 2
d, a large number of non-slip portions 2e are formed that extend over the entire length of the step plate 1 and continue in a chevron shape. However, the shape of the anti-slip portion 2e is not limited to a continuous chevron shape. Furthermore, a draining groove 3b is formed on the front end 3a of the lower surface 3 of the step board 1 over the entire length of the step board 1. A locking recess 3c into which the upper end 10b of the riser 10 shown in FIG. 3 is inserted and locked is formed at the rear of this recess.

6 and 6 are members that support the steps 1 of the stairs on both sides and are called stringers. The stringers 6, 6 are inclined and arranged parallel to each other with a constant spacing. In addition,
Although the material of the stringer is not limited, iron is mainly used. 5, 5 are stair supports supporting the upper ends of the side beams 6, 6. The step plates 1... are placed and fixed on receiving plates 7... fixed to the inner surfaces 6a, 6a of the side beams 6, 6 at a predetermined interval. 8 connects the receiving plate 7 to the inner surfaces 6a, 6 of the stringers.
This is a bolt that is fixed to a. Each step board 1 and the receiving plate 7 are fixed with bolts 9. The bolts 9 are inserted into the bolt through holes 4 formed on the lower surfaces 3d on both sides of the step board 1, and the bolts 9 are inserted inside the hollow part of the step board 1.
The bolt 9 is temporarily attached to the stepped plate 1 by screwing into the nut 15. The head 9a of the bolt 9 temporarily attached to the stepped plate 1 in this manner is passed through the through hole 7b provided in the stepped plate receiving portion 7a of the receiving plate 7, and is projected downward. A U-shaped washer 11 is inserted from the side between the head 9a of this protruding bolt 9 and the step plate receiving portion 7a, and then, by tightening the bolt 9, the step plate 1 is attached to the receiving plate 7. Fixed. In this way, the step plate 1... is connected to the inner surface 6 of the stringer.
A staircase is constructed by being sequentially fixed to receiving plates 7... fixed to a, 6a.

As explained above, the treads of the present invention are hollow and made of cement material mixed with asbestos, so they have good vibration absorption properties, and there is no need to worry about the noise that conventional iron treads make when going up and down. Furthermore, since it does not rust, it is highly durable and does not damage its appearance. Furthermore, since a recessed groove for drainage is formed at the front end of the lower surface of the tier, rainwater that has flowed down the front end of the tier falls without reaching the upper end of the riser, making it easy to lock the riser. A staircase structure with good drainage can be achieved without water accumulating in the recessed parts.

Since a locking recess is formed in the step plate, the riser plate can be installed reliably and easily, and there is no need to weld the step plate to the side girder, so even non-experts can easily install it. Can be constructed.
