As this type of flooring material, those made entirely of synthetic resin and those made entirely of metal such as light alloy are known. However, when these are used as balcony flooring materials, for example, the former softens when exposed to direct sunlight and deteriorates in strength, causing problems in terms of strength and durability, while the latter becomes hot due to direct sunlight, and There are problems in that it is difficult for people to get on, and it is not comfortable to use because it reflects sunlight and has an adverse effect on the interior of the room.

In view of the above, the applicant of the present invention
In Publication No. 69024, a flooring material having a synthetic resin layer on the outer peripheral surface of a metal core material was proposed. This material compensates for the disadvantages of the conventional synthetic resin flooring and metal flooring, and has the advantages of both, i.e., not only is it superior in strength and durability, but also comfortable to use. Since the core material can be protected with a synthetic resin layer, the durability of the flooring material can be synergistically improved.

However, the flooring material of the above-mentioned prior art is a construction scaffold board that is simply placed on a scaffolding etc., and does not have a mounting structure for fixing it to the flooring support member, so it can be used in a stable state. The problem is that it cannot be done. Also, when multiple flooring materials are installed adjacent to each other in the width direction, differences in height between the adjacent flooring materials may occur due to height differences in the support surfaces of the flooring support members or differences in the load applied to each flooring material. Since it is easy to occur, there is a problem that it causes trouble when walking or when dragging objects.

Furthermore, this type of flooring material, which has a synthetic resin layer on the outer circumferential surface of a metal core material, has major weaknesses at the openings at both ends. That is, there is a problem in that the end portion of the metal core material is easily deformed by external pressure. When the end portion is deformed, the synthetic resin layer in that area peels off and a gap is created between it and the metal core material, and as foreign matter enters this gap, the strength of the metal core material deteriorates. It becomes easier to do so. Further, there is a problem in that the end face of the synthetic resin layer is exposed at the opening. Since the end face is exposed, it is not possible to prevent the synthetic resin layer from being turned over due to other objects hitting this end face,
After all, this is a factor in deteriorating the strength of the metal core material.

The embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 and FIG.
A square metal pipe is used as the core material 1, 1, and a synthetic resin layer 2a is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the synthetic resin 2 such as vinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. by extrusion molding. In this embodiment, the synthetic resin layer 2a is a single layer, but it may have a multilayer structure. The pair of core materials 1, 1 are spaced apart from each other, and a connecting portion 5 integrally formed with the synthetic resin layer 2a is disposed at the intermediate portion thereof on the lower surface side. This connecting portion 5 is provided with holes 6, 6, . . . so that the flooring material of the present invention can be attached to a flooring support member (not shown) using bolts (not shown) or the like. In this way, in this embodiment, the connecting part 5 and the bolt holes 6, 6, . . . constitute the mounting structure part 4 to the flooring support member. Furthermore, on both side surfaces of the flooring material, there are engaging portions 1 integrally formed with the synthetic resin layer 2a.
1a and 11b are provided. These engaging parts 11
a, 11b allows adjacent flooring materials to be combined and engaged with each other, which is convenient. Also, the left and right 1
The upper surfaces of the pair of synthetic resin layers 2a, 2a are provided with a large number of scored lines 3a, 3a, . . . to form an anti-slip structure 3.

Further, cap members 7, 7, . . . are inserted into the openings at both ends of the rectangular pipes (core members) 1, 1. This cap member 7 has an insertion portion 8 that presses the opening of the flooring material from the inside to the outside and contributes to maintaining the cross-sectional shape of this opening, thereby further increasing the strength of the opening. In addition, the cap member 7
Since it covers the end face of the synthetic resin layer 2a, it is possible to prevent the synthetic resin layer 2a from being turned over due to other objects hitting the end face of the synthetic resin layer 2a. By closing the opening, it is possible to prevent water and dust from entering the interior of the floorboard. As a result,
The durability of the flooring material can be further improved. This cap member 7 is preferably molded from synthetic resin or rubber, and it is also preferable that the insertion portions 8, 8 be formed into a tapered shape as in this embodiment. Furthermore, as is clear from the figure, the cap member 7 of this embodiment is inserted into the flooring material so that the surface of the flooring material and the upper surface of the cap member 7 are flush with each other, and there is no difference in level. A wide area can be used as a smooth floor, and when there is a step, there is no problem of the cap member 7 coming off from the flooring due to a person or object hitting the step.

The present invention can be configured in various ways other than those shown in the above embodiments. For example, in the above embodiment, the mounting structure 4 is provided in the middle part of the flooring, but the mounting structure 4 may be provided on the lower surface side on both sides of the flooring.

Thus, according to the present invention, since the core material is made of a metal hollow tube, the strength of the core material is increased and the durability is superior to that of the conventional material. In addition, since its outer surface is covered with a synthetic resin layer, it does not reach high temperatures even when exposed to direct sunlight, compared to conventional light alloy products, making it comfortable to use.
In addition, since the amount of sunlight reflected is smaller than that made of light alloy, even if it is used on a balcony or the like, there will be less negative impact on the interior of the room. Furthermore, since the core material can be protected from external wind, rain, and dust with this synthetic resin layer, the durability of the flooring material can be synergistically improved. Metal can be used, and costs can be reduced compared to conventional light alloys.

According to the present invention, by connecting adjacent flooring materials by engaging them with each other using the engaging portions on both side surfaces, the support surface of the flooring material support member is This eliminates the difference in level between adjacent flooring materials caused by differences in height and the load applied to each flooring material, which in combination with the ability to be fixed to the flooring support member using the mounting structure, makes walking and walking easier. It is possible to provide a flooring material that allows objects to be moved smoothly by dragging. Moreover, the engaging portion made of synthetic resin is housed in a recess formed between the metal core materials of adjacent flooring materials, and is designed to prevent direct load from being applied from above when walking or placing items on the metal core. Since the engaging portion is protected by the core material, deformation and damage to the engaging portion can be prevented.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, at both end openings of the flooring material, the cap member presses the opening of the flooring material from the inside to the outside and contributes to maintaining the cross-sectional shape of this opening. The strength at the opening can be further increased, and since the cap member covers the end face of the synthetic resin layer, it is possible to prevent the synthetic resin layer from turning over due to other objects hitting the end face of the synthetic resin layer. Furthermore, the opening can be closed to prevent water and dust from entering the interior of the flooring material, thereby further improving the durability of the flooring material.
