【考案の詳細な説明】[Detailed explanation of the idea]

本考案はたばこ包装用材料、詳しくは従来品に
比し安価にして防湿性に優れたたばこパツケージ
の内包装用材料に関するものである。 たばこパツケージにおける従来の内包装用材料
としては、国内ではアルミニウム箔と紙とを重合
したもの、貼り合したもの、更に着色やエンボシ
ングによる型付をしたものが使われ、外国の一部
製品については最近紙に金属皮膜を真空蒸着した
もの(以下蒸着紙という)、あるいは蒸着紙に型
付したものが使用されている。 これらの内包装用材料のうちアルミニウム箔と
紙との貼合せ材料は、近年のエネルギーの高騰に
ともないアルミニウム地金やアルミニウム箔が高
価になり、安価な代替品が強く要望されている。
この経済上の要望は上記した蒸着紙の使用により
解消されるが、蒸着紙においては金属光択、平滑
性、美麗さの点においてアルミニウム箔と紙との
貼合せ材料よりも劣ることが避けられず、これら
の諸点を改善せんとすれば、まず使用される原紙
表面の凹凸をなくすることが肝要となる。したが
つて原紙表面の凹凸をなくするために蒸着される
原紙の面に目止め剤として塗料を所定厚さまで塗
布する必要があり、さらに外観上の美麗さや良好
な防湿性を得るためには原紙を選択し上記目止め
塗料の塗膜を厚くすることが必要となる。その上
紙の水分が製品の仕上りに重大な影響を与えるこ
とから原紙の水分の管理を厳重に行なうことが不
可欠となり、アルミニウム箔と紙との貼合せ品と
同等の品質のものを得ようとすれば結局コスト高
となる。 一方、このような問題点をなくするために、合
成樹脂フイルムの片面に金属を真空蒸着し、該金
属蒸着面に紙材を接着することが考えられるが、
このような材料をたばこ包装用材料に使用した場
合、開封時における破断が合成樹脂フイルムによ
つて阻止され、開封が困難であるという大きな問
題点が生じる。 本考案は上述したアルミニウム箔と紙との貼合
せ材料における経済性の問題、および蒸着紙にお
ける品質上の問題を認識し、鋭意検討した結果、
安価にして防湿性に優れ、しかも、開封時におけ
る破断が容易に行えると共に光沢豊かな美麗なた
ばこパツケージの内包装材料を提供するものであ
る。 本考案の実施例を図面について説明すると、A
はたばこパツケージの内包装材料で、第4図に示
すように、長方形状に形成され、この内包装材料
は、第1図に示すように、透明もしくは半透明な
合成樹脂フイルム1の一方の面にアルミニウムを
蒸着して蒸着層2を有する基材3となし、該基材
3に接着材4を介して紙材5を重合接着してなる
ものである。 上記した合成樹脂フイルム1としては、ポリプ
ロピレンフイルムやポリエステルフイルム等が好
適であり、フイルムの厚さはポリプロピレンの場
合には12μ程度、ポリエステルの場合には6μ程
度で充分な防湿性を得ることができる。 しかしながら合成樹脂フイルム1を利用する
と、たばこパツケージからのたばこの取り出し時
における開封性が問題となるが、この問題は一軸
延伸されたフイルム1を使用し、その延伸方向を
たばこの長手方向となるようにして縦方向の引裂
きを容易に行えるようにすると共に、横方向の破
断も容易に行えるようにするために、第2図及び
第3図に示すように、包装形態における上部位置
に相当するフイルム面に浅い切断線6を設けてい
るものである。 また、上記した紙材5はアルミニウムの蒸着層
2側に重合接着することが好ましく、それによつ
て従来同様に接着剤として水溶性酢ビ系エマルジ
ヨンが適用でき、紙材5の選択性も不要となり好
都合である。 このように本考案のたばこパツケージにおける
内包装材料は、透明もしくは半透明の1軸延伸し
た合成樹脂フイルム1の一方の面にアルミニウム
を蒸着して蒸着層2を形成すると共に該蒸着層2
側に水溶性の酢ビ系接着剤4を介して紙材5を重
合接着し、さらに、たばこ包装形態における上部
位置に相当する前記合成樹脂フイルム1の部分に
延伸方向に直交する切断線6を施してなるもので
あるから、1軸延伸した合成樹脂フイルム1によ
つて開封時における内包装の引裂きが容易に行え
