【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、口紅等の化粧料を充填する容器に関するものであり、さらに詳しくは、これらの化粧品を顧客等に試供品として提供するのにより好適な化粧料充填容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、口紅やアイシャドウなどの化粧料を試供品として顧客に提供するために、プラスチック製の小さな皿状の容器に化粧料を充填したものなどが知られているが、一つの容器で一種類で一色のみの化粧料の試供品の提供に限られるという欠点があった。

また、このような容器は嵩張るためハンドバッグ等での携帯には不便であり、ＤＭ（ダイレクトメ−ル）による宣伝にも郵送費を含め不利であり、容器費用の面でもコスト高となる問題があった。

これらの問題を解決するものとして、ベ−スシ−トに１個もしくは複数の化粧料を担持した平坦な化粧料充填容器として実開平２−１０５７３号公報に提案されている。
この提案は、図９に示すように、蓋板（９０）、台紙（７０）、中板（６０）からなる三つ折り台紙において、前記台紙（７０）に突出輪郭部（７４）を設けて塗布部（図示せず）を成し、該塗布部内に化粧料（１０）を収容させ、前記中板（６０）には前記塗布部と対応する位置に窓穴（３３ａ）を明け、透明フィルム（８０）を貼着すると共に、該中板（６０）に折曲線（６２）を形成したものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記提案の容器は、化粧料（１０）の充填装置での盛り量の調整が難しく、盛った化粧料（１０）を突出輪郭部（７４）と中板（６０）の厚みで保護するため、化粧料（１０）の盛り量または使用する中板（６０）の厚みによっては透明フィルム（８０）によって押しつぶされたりして美観を損なうものであった。また、この中板（６０）は厚紙製のため高級感に欠け、充填された化粧料（１０）は窓穴（３３ａ）を通して見ることになるため、色等の識別がし難いのごとき問題点があった。

本発明は、かかる従来技術の問題点を解決するものであり、その課題とするところは、口紅等の化粧料を顧客等に試供品として提供するための化粧料充填容器において、一つの容器で複数種類、複数色の化粧料の試供品の提供ができ、容器は嵩張ることがなくハンドバッグ等での携帯に便利で、ＤＭ（ダイレクトメ−ル）による宣伝にも有利であり、かつ、化粧料の盛り量の調整がし易く、高級感があり、化粧料の色等の識別がし易い化粧料充填容器の提供にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に於いて上記課題を解決するために、まず請求項１の発明では、化粧料が１個もしくは複数個スポット状に配置されたベースシートとそれを被覆する被覆シートとから成り該ベースシートと該被覆シートとが折り目線を介して一体に連接されている化粧料充填容器であって、該被覆シートは窓穴を有し、該窓穴は内側に透明フィルムを貼着した構成でかつ該ベースシート上の化粧料に対応し、該窓穴の周囲の半分以上を囲む略Ｖ字状又は略Ｕ字状でその開放端が側端部に面した形状である切取り線を形成し、前記ベースシートの側端部に面しかつ前記被覆シートの切取り線内に相当する位置に切り欠きを設け、窓穴および前記ベースシートの切り欠きに対応した部分を除いた被覆シートに粘着剤を塗布し、被覆シートの粘着剤面とベースシートの化粧料配設面とを窓穴と化粧料とが整合するよう貼り合わせたことを特徴とする化粧料充填容器としたものである。

また請求項４の発明では、それぞれの両面に透明フィルムを貼着したカバーシートとベースシートと被覆シートとを折り目線を介して順次連接し、該ベースシートはそれぞれのシートを折り返した時に内側となる面にスポット状に化粧料を配置し、また側端にその開放端が位置するように略Ｖ字状又は略Ｕ字状の切欠きを化粧料に等しい数だけ設け、該被覆シートはそれぞれのシートを折り返した時に前記ベースシート上の化粧料に対応する位置に、前記ベースシート側の面のみ透明フィルムで覆われた窓穴が設けられ、また該窓穴の周囲の半分以上を囲み、その開放端が側端に到達し、かつそれぞれのシートを折り返した時に前記ベースシートに設けられた切欠きに対応する位置に略Ｖ字状又は略Ｕ字状の切取り線が形成され、前記ベースシート上に折り返して被覆シートの粘着剤面とベースシートの化粧料配設面とを窓穴と化粧料とが整合するようその周囲が熱圧着されていることを特徴とする化粧料充填容器である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
本発明の化粧料充填容器は、図１に示すように、化粧料（１０）を一個もしくは複数個のスポット状に配設されたベ−スシ−ト（２０）とそれを被覆する被覆シ−ト（３０）とから成る化粧料充填容器であって、該被覆シ−ト（３０）は窓穴（３３）を有し、該窓穴（３３）は化粧料を見ることができる部分で化粧料（１０）に対応した位置に設けられ、その周囲の半分以上を囲む切取り線（３５）を形成したことを特徴とする化粧料充填容器である。

上記ベ−スシ−ト（２０）は、化粧料（１０）がベ−スシ−ト（２０）にしみ込まないようにするために、少なくとも厚紙（２１）の表面（化粧料（１０）が配設される面）にポリプロピレンやポリエチレンテレフタレ−トなどをラミネ−ト又は酢酸ビニル樹脂等をコ−ティングしたベ−スシ−ト（２０）とした方が望ましい。

上記ベ−スシ−ト（２０）の構成としては、前述のように、少なくとも厚紙（２１）の片面に透明フィルム（２２）をラミネ−トしたものが好ましく、商品価値の向上等から両面にラミネ−ト処理等を施したものがより好ましい。またベ−スシ−ト（２０）には、その側面に面し、かつ後述する被覆シ−ト（３０）の切取り線（３５）内に相当する位置に、切り欠き（２３）を形成する。該切り欠き（２３）の大きさは、そこから指を挿入し、被覆シ−ト（３０）を掴める大きさであれば良く、また形状は円弧状、Ｖ字状等が好適であるがそれ以外の形状であっても構わない。

その厚紙（２１）としては、坪量２００ｇ／ｍ²〜４２０ｇ／ｍ²のコ−トボ−ル、コ−トアイボリ−、合成紙が挙げられ、プラスチックフィルム（２２）としては、厚さ１２μｍ〜５０μｍの二軸延伸ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレ−トなどのフィルムが挙げられる。

図２に示すようにベ−スシ−ト（２０）と被覆シ−ト（３０）とは折り目線（ｈ）を介して連接され、折り目線（ｈ）から折り返し、前記窓穴（３３）周辺で一体に熱接着されている。またベ−スシ−ト（２０）と被覆シ−ト（３０）とは必ずしも一体である必要はなく、それぞれ別体のものを熱接着しても構わない。

また、図１に示すように、後述する被覆シート（３０）の切取り線（３５）内に設けた切り欠き（２３）を有する前記ベースシート（２０）とこのベースシート（２０）上に配設されたスポット状の化粧料（１０）の位置に整合した窓穴（３３）を設けられてなる被覆シート（３０）とが折り目線（ｈ）を介して連接してなるものであり、顧客等の使用時以外は、図２，図３（ａ）に示す様に、被覆シート（３０）を折り目線（ｈ）より内側に折り返した形態とするものである。

また、被覆シート（３０）の外面全面には、透明フィルム（３２）が貼合わされている。これがベースシート（２０）上にスポット的に設けた化粧料に対応して設けた窓穴（３３ａ）を覆い化粧料を保護している。

また、被覆シート（３０）には前記窓穴（３３）をベースシートから剥離可能なように、窓穴（３３）の周囲に切取り線（３５）が形成されており、図５（ａ）に示す様に切り欠き（２３）から被覆シート（３０）に指を掛け、切取り線（３５）を切断することにより前記窓穴（３３）を除去することができ、化粧料（１０）を取り出すことができる。
切取り線（３５）の形状は、被覆シート（３０）の窓穴（３３）部分をベースシートから剥離し、化粧料を取り出すことが可能な形状であれば良く、例えば開放側の端部が被覆シート（３０）の側端に位置するようにＵ字状、Ｖ字状に設けることが考えられるがこれに限定されるものではない。

このように、化粧料充填容器（１）はベ−スシ−ト（２０）に被覆シ−ト（３０）を連接して施し、折り返した形態とし、被覆シ−ト（３０）の厚みにより化粧料（１０）を保護することによって、例えば顧客の使用時以外の多数個重ね合わせた輸送時や保管時あるいは雑誌、パンフレット等の間に挟み込んで付録・宣伝等に使用することができるものである。

この被覆シ−ト（３０）は、上記のベ−スシ−ト（２０）と同様の材料構成とした方が商品価値の向上と共に生産性の面からも好ましい。すなわち厚紙の両面に透明フィルム（３２）をラミネ−トしたもので、その厚紙としては、坪量２００ｇ／ｍ²〜４２０ｇ／ｍ²のコ−トボ−ル、コ−トアイボリ−、合成紙が挙げられ、プラスチックフィルムとしては、厚さ１２μｍ〜５０μｍの二軸延伸ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレ−トなどのフィルムが挙げられる。

また請求項２の発明では、図６に示すように、前記ベースシート（２０）とカバーシート（４０）が折り目線（ｌ）を介して連接してなるもので、顧客の使用時以外は、折り目線（ｌ）より内側に折り返しておくものである。

このカバ−シ−ト（４０）は、化粧料充填容器（１）の保護の他に化粧料の商品名や使用上の注意書きなどの広告宣伝に使用できるものであり、例えばこのカバ−シ−ト（４０）の表面すなわちベ−スシ−ト（２０）に接しない面には、商品名等を、顧客等の使用時にカバ−シ−ト（４０）を開いた面には、使用上の注意書き等を施しておくことができる。

このカバ−シ−ト（４０）は、上記のベ−スシ−ト（２０）および被覆シ−ト（３０）と同様の材料構成とした方が商品価値の向上と共に生産性の面からも好ましい。

また、請求項７の発明では、図６に示すように、前記カバーシート（４０）とベースシート（２０）と被覆シート（３０）が折り目線を介して順に連接してなるもので、顧客等の使用時以外は、図７に示すように、被覆シート（３０）を折り目（ｈ）より内側に折り返し、続いて図８（ａ）に示すようにカバーシート（４０）を折り目線（ｌ）より内側に折り返した形態とするものである。この場合の化粧料の取り出しは図５（ｂ）に示す方法で行う。

尚、ここまでベ−スシ−ト（２０）の化粧料充填位置が平坦な場合について述べてきたが、図３（ｂ），図４（ｂ），図８（ｂ）に示すように化粧料充填位置をプレス等により押圧処理を施し、下向きに窪ませてそこに化粧料を充填するようにしても構わない。

請求項４の発明は、上記請求項１から３の発明の内容と略共通するものであるが、シートの構成において、ベースシート（２０）と被覆シート（３０）とを折り目線（ｈ）を介して折り曲げ、密着状態にし、それぞれのシートの周囲（３４）を熱接着する。これにより化粧料（１０）は完全に密封される。

このように、化粧料充填容器（１）は、ベ−スシ−ト（２０）に被覆シ−ト（３０）とカバ−シ−ト（４０）を折り返した形態とすることによって、例えば、顧客の使用時以外で多数個重ね合わせた輸送時や保管時あるいはハンドバッグ等での携帯や雑誌等に挟んだ付録・宣伝等において化粧料（１０）が潰れて商品価値が低下するという問題を防止することができるとともに、化粧料（１０）の広告宣伝や使用上の注意書き等も施すことのできる付加価値の高い化粧料充填容器（１）を提供するものである。

【実施例】
次に本発明を実施例により、より具体的に説明する。
＜実施例１＞
図６に示すような、カバ−シ−ト（４０）、ベ−スシ−ト（２０）及び被覆シ−ト（３０）のベ−スとなる厚紙として、坪量３２０ｇ／ｍ²のハイクリ−ンコ−ト（北越製紙社製）を用いて、その両面に商品名等を含め美色印刷をオフセット印刷法にて行った。続いてその外面を形成する側に厚さ１５μｍの二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム（本州製紙社製）を感熱接着剤ＰＰ６６シ−ル（東洋インキ製造社製）を介して接着ラミネ−トし、被覆シ−ト（３０）の所定の部分に４個の１８ｍｍΦの窓穴（３３）を、またベ−スシ−ト（２０）の両端に２５ｍｍΦの円弧状の切り欠き（２３）を２個ずつ計４個打ち抜き加工で設け、次いでその内側を形成する側に厚さ１５μｍの二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム（本州製紙社製）を感熱接着剤ＰＰ６６シ−ル（東洋インキ製造社製）を介して接着ラミネ−トした。その後、４個全ての窓穴（３３）の周囲に、Ｕ字状の切取り線をその開放端が側端に位置するように設け、最後に各シ−トが７５ｍｍ×９７ｍｍとなるように折り目線（ｈ）、（ｌ）を含めて仕上げを行い、化粧料（１０）の充填台紙とした。尚、４個の切り欠き（２３）は、折り目線（ｈ）を介してベ−スシ−ト（２０）と被覆シ−ト（３０）とを重ね合わせた時、それぞれが４個のＵ字状の切取り線に１個ずつ対応する位置関係になっている。

上記で得られたベ−スシ−ト（２０）の被覆シ−ト（３０）の窓穴（３３）に対応した位置に、口紅充填装置を使用して、４種類（色合い）の口紅を化粧料（１０）として、一種類約０．０５ｇを１６ｍｍΦのスポット状に配設した。

一方で、ベ−スシ−ト（２０）に接合する面で、窓穴（３３）およびベ−スシ−ト（２０）の切り欠き（２３）に対応した部分を除いた被覆シ−ト（３０）に粘着剤としてＢＰＷ５３６１（東洋インキ製造社製）を約１０ｇ／ｍ²塗布し、被覆シ−ト（３０）の粘着剤面とベ−スシ−ト（２０）の化粧料（１０）配設面とを窓穴（３３）と化粧料（１０）とが整合するように、熱圧プレスにより貼り合わせ、図８（ａ）に示すような所望の化粧料充填容器（１）とした。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上の構成であるから、下記に示す如き効果がある。
即ち、口紅等の化粧料を顧客等に試供品として提供するための化粧料充填容器において、化粧料を一個もしくは複数個のスポット状に配設されたベ−スシ−トとそれを被覆し接着する被覆シ−トとからなる化粧料充填容器とし、その被覆シ−トの化粧料に対応する部分に、透明フィルムで覆った窓穴とから成る透明部を設け、該窓穴部を通して化粧料を透視できるので、被覆シ−トの厚みで化粧料が潰れることなく保護される。また一つの容器で複数種類、複数色の化粧料の試供品の提供ができ、容器は嵩張ることがなくハンドバッグ等での携帯に便利で、ＤＭ（ダイレクトメ−ル）による宣伝にも有利であり、雑誌等への付録や宣伝用としても使用でき、かつ、化粧料の盛り量の調整がし易く、高級感があり、化粧料の色等の識別がし易い化粧料充填容器の提供ができる。

また、前記ベ−スシ−トの両端に切り欠きを設け、また被覆シ−トの窓穴の周囲にＵ字状またはＶ字状の切取り線を設け、切り欠きを通して切取り線内の被覆シ−トに直接指を掛け、切取り線を全部または部分的に割いて化粧料を取り出す構成なので、化粧料を全部使いきり、残りのない部分については、切取り線を全部切り取り被覆シ−トを除去してしまえば、化粧料充填容器がより軽量化できる。また化粧料が残っている部分については、切取り線を部分的に切り取り、被覆シ−トを切り取る前の元の位置に戻せば、残った化粧料の再封が容易にでき、次回使用時まで保護することができる。

また、化粧料充填容器部に被覆シ−トを連接して施し、折り返した形態とすることによって、例えば、顧客等の使用時以外で多数個重ね合わせた輸送時や保管時等に、化粧料が潰れて商品価値が低下するという問題を防止することができる。

また、前記化粧料充填容器部とカバ−シ−トが折り目線を介して連接して施すことによって、このカバ−シ−トは、化粧料充填容器の保護の他に化粧料の商品名や使用上の注意書きなどの広告宣伝に使用できる効果がある。

さらに、製造上も化粧料を充填するベ−スシ−ト、充填した化粧料を保護する被覆シ−ト、化粧料のさらなる保護、意匠的効果を付加するカバ−シ−トを一体的に連接し、全て同じ材質からなるため、製造工程の簡略化、省資源化といった効果が得られる。

他に、本発明の化粧料充填容器は、化粧料を被覆シ−トの内側に貼着した透明フィルムで密封しているので、温度の高い場所で保管しても、化粧料内部から水分が蒸発し、透明フィルムに水滴となって付着するということがなく、従って見栄えが悪くなるということが無い。
