Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the assembling operability of a rotary magnetic head device without producing any dynamic unbalance by forming the hole or cuts to the side of a magnetic head attachment surface at the positions symmetrical to each other centering on a rotary shaft with no change of the primary dimensions (diameter and thickness) of a rotary cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A rotary magnetic head 1 is attached to a rotary cylinder 2. Then the cylinder 2 and a rotor 4 of a rotary transformer are set to a rotary shaft 5 and a fixed member 6 and revolved respectively. い。(2)結線の為の半田付数が多くそのための作業が
必要である。これは、磁気ヘッドが摩耗した場合、回転
シリンダ毎に交換しなければならないが、交換時に数多
くの半田付部を外さなければならない等の問題を生ずる

は切込みを成形することにより、製造コストを上げずに
改善することが出来る。

の巻線を付設した回転トランスとを具備し、オス形接触
子とメス形接触子のうちの一方を前記回転シリンダ及び
回転トランスの一方に取付け、また他方の形の接触子を

、該2種の接触子により、磁気ヘッドと回転トランスと
の電気的導通を得るようになした回転磁気ヘッド装置に
おいて、回転シリンダに上記接触子を挿入するための穴
もしくは切込みを、回転シリンダの磁気ヘッド取付面側
に、回転中心に対してほぼ対称な位置で、2コ一対を最
小単位とし、深さ3mm以上の形状としたことを特徴と
する回転磁気ヘッド装置。
