Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the stress strain produced at the soldered parts of the female and male contacts by having an approximately U-shaped, S-shaped or M-shaped female or male contact in the thickness direction of a material plate at the part near the soldered area between the female or male contact and a magnetic head set on a rotary cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A rotary magnetic head member 1 is attached to a rotary cylinder 2 via a screw 15 and a female contact 3 is fixed into a housing 10 to be incorporated to the cylinder 2. A printed board 14 is attached to the magnetic head 1 to secure the electrical connection and soldered at a soldered part 3'' of the contact 3. The part 3'' is set outside the housing 10 and a U-shaped form 31 is provided at the area near the part 3''. 耗した場合、回転シリンダ毎に交換しなければならない
が、交換時に数多くの半田付部を外さなければならない

付数が大幅に低減するので、組立作業性が向上し、信頼
性の良い回転磁気ヘッド装置を提供することが出来る。

状とした。又回転磁気ヘッドのプリント基板とメス形接
触子の間に空隔を設ける事によりろう付のろうがヘッド
チップ取付金具に接触する事を防ぎ信頼性を高める。
