Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the assembling operability of a rotary magnetic head device by forming a projected part to a polymer member unified with a contact and providing a cut to a rotary transformer. CONSTITUTION:A female contact 3 is attached to a rotary cylinder 2 for connection with a rotary magnetic head 1 and then stored in a housing 10 made of a polymer material. リンダ毎に交換しなければならないが、交換時に数多く
の半田何部を外さなければならない。)等の問題があっ

成形した高分子部材との組み立て作業の改善に効果をも
つ。

転磁気ヘッド装置において、前記オス形接触子全てを、
高分子部材でドーナツ状に一体成形し、平面形回転トラ
ンスコアの外径部に切込み部を設け、該高分子部材には
、上記回転トランスコア切込み部に相当するところに凸
部を設けて、角度位置決めをしたことを特徴とする回転
磁気ヘッド装置。 2、前記ドーナツ状の高分子部材に、回転トランスの外
径を少くとも規制出来る段差もしくは、凸部を設けたこ
