【考案の詳細な説明】 〔分野の概要〕 本考案は磁気テープレコーダ,磁気カードリーダなどに
使用する磁気ヘッドの構造に関するもので、特にリード
線の引き出し構造に関する。

線を使用しているために、コイルのリード線の取り扱い
には細心の注意を払わなければならず、磁気ヘッドの組
立途中において断線したり、線間或いはケースとの短絡
などの品質上の問題があった。従って、磁気ヘッドの組
立時には細心の注意を払わねばならず作業性が悪く、作
業工数が多大となると同時に品質が悪いなど多くの問題
点があった。

とするもので、作業工数が少なく、かつ品質の良い磁気

切り込みを持つランドとの間を印刷した導電体で接続し
た2枚のフレキシブルプリント基板を用い、リード線の
端末を磁気ヘッドの記録再生を行うコア突き合わせ面側
でプリント基板のランドに接続し、フレキシブルプリン
ト基板はコイルにより磁気ヘッドコアに固定し、フレキ
シブルプリント基板のU字形の切り込みを持つランドを
外部接続端子に接続するよう構成してある。

イルをフレキシブルプリント基板と磁気ヘッドコアの外
周に巻回し、該巻回したコイルのリード線を磁気ヘッド
コアのコア突き合わせ面の背面に固定された前記フレキ
シブルプリント基板のリード線接続用ランドに接続しフ
レキシブルプリント基板の外部接続端子用ランドを外部
接続端子に接続し構成したことを特徴とする磁気ヘッド

せ面の背面で行うため、組立時の組立時の線の引き回し
も行い易く、磁気ヘッドコア組立時の作業性は向上され
る。最後に、コイル2が巻回されコイルのリード線3が
フレキシブルプリント基板5のコイルのリード線用ラン
ド6に配線接続された磁気ヘッドコア1をホルダに収納
し、フレキシブルプリント基板5の端子用ランド7は外

多トラック磁気ヘッドの構造も可能になるという効果が
