However, when trying to obtain a wide insulation board 3, the urethane resin side shrinks during and after the foam curing treatment of the foamable urethane resin 2, and warps in the width direction as shown in FIG. There was a problem that this occurred.

An embodiment of this invention will be described based on FIGS. 3 and 4. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, a groove-shaped rib 6 made of vinyl chloride resin is supplied onto the lower conveyor 5 of the double conveyor 4 provided in close proximity to the upper and lower stages, with the groove facing upward.
Then, foamable urethane resin 8 is injected into the groove from a resin injection machine 7 provided above, and then carried into the double conveyor 4 for foaming and curing treatment.
At this time, the conveyance surfaces of the upper and lower conveyors 9 and 5 forming the double conveyor 4 are each formed of a mold consisting of an upper caterpillar 10 and a lower caterpillar 11 as shown in FIG. The central part of the lower caterpillar 11 forms a concave surface, and the central part of the lower caterpillar 11 forms a convex surface, so that the rib 6 carried in between has a convex central part on the side of the foamable urethane resin 8 injected into the groove. The foamable urethane resin 8 is deformed into a shape, and the foamable urethane resin 8 is foamed and hardened in the curved state.

When the heat insulating board thus formed is cooled to room temperature after the foaming hardening process, the foamed urethane resin shrinks and becomes a flat plate without warping.

The degree of curvature of this mold varies depending on the constituent components of the foamable resin composition, the material of the rib 6, its width, the depth of the groove, etc. In this example, the width of the rib 6 is 30 cm, and the width of the rib 6 is 30 cm. As a result of setting the height of the curved portion to 2 mm, it was possible to obtain an excellent heat insulating board without warping.

As described above, the method for manufacturing a heat insulating board of the present invention includes injecting a foamable resin composition into the grooves of a channel member,
Because the foaming and curing process is performed with the central part curved toward the foamable resin composition side, it is possible to obtain a wide insulation board that does not warp in the width direction, increasing the efficiency of construction on wide wall surfaces. It has the effect of being able to.
