Multiple lines are formed. However, when this upper concave groove 6' is formed by ohming the roll 7, the flat plate part 1 is curved to protrude upward, and the metal substrate 3 is placed on the forming double conveyor 4.
Even if the foamed resin 5 is supplied to the metal substrate 3 and foam-molded while being fed by the molding double conveyor 4, the warpage due to the above-mentioned curvature remains (at the foaming pressure when the foamable resin 5 is foamed, there is almost no warping. The problem was that it was not corrected. In addition, since the four-striped structure 6' is constructed, there is a problem in that grooves are formed in the flat plate portion 1 which becomes the surface, and if dirt adheres thereto, it is difficult to remove the dirt.

A plurality of protruding stripes 6 protruding downward are formed on the flat plate portion 1 of the pitcher 1 by rising up and protruding parallel to the pitching direction of the green 2, so that the flat plate portion 1 protrudes downward by forming the protruding stripes 6. A curved metal substrate 3 is supplied to a double molding conveyor 4, and a foamable resin 5 is supplied onto the metal substrate 1, and foam molding is carried out while being fed by the double molding conveyor 4.

It has a fitting recess 8 into which it fits. The flat plate part 1 of the metal substrate 3 is provided with a plurality of protruding stripes 6 that protrude downward in parallel with the rising green 2 for reinforcement and patterning. As a result, the entire flat plate part 1 is curved so that the central part of the flat plate part 1 protrudes downward.

A metal substrate curved so that the flat plate part protrudes downward is fed to a molding double conveyor, and foaming resin is supplied onto the metal substrate and foam molded while being fed by the molding double conveyor. Therefore, even if a convex strip is formed on the flat plate part, the flat plate part will curve so as to protrude downward, and when performing foam molding on a forming double conveyor, the curvature of the flat plate part can be corrected and made flat,
Even if a convex strip is provided, it is possible to obtain a heat insulating panel that does not warp, and because the convex strip protrudes downward, dirt does not get in unlike conventional concave strips, and even if dirt gets on it, it is easy to remove. Moreover, since the flat plate part is lifted by the protruding stripes, it is difficult for dirt to adhere to it.
