Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance smoothness of a product surface by a method wherein a foamable heat insulation material is filled in a recessed portion of a synthetic resin base plate having the recessed portion formed to a longitudinal direction thereof and, thereafter, a molding roll having ribs is pressed down to reduce a foaming pressure against the base plate. CONSTITUTION:The base plate 2 having the recessed portions 1 formed into a U- shaped cross area channel over a total length thereof to a longitudinal direction is conveyed by a conveyor 8 as well as a synthetic resin foamable heat insulation material such as an urethane foamable material or the like is injected into aforementioned recessed portions 1 from an injection portion 9 and filled therein. Subsequently, to a direction across the aforementioned conveying direction at right angles, the molding roll 5 having the ribs 4 is pressed down an upper surface of the conveyed synthetic resin foamable heat insulation material to foam and mold said material. Thereby, a high density skin layer can be molded on a surface of the synthetic resin foamed material as well as rib portions can be molded thereto and the strength of a product can be increased without increasing a thickness thereof.
