Conventionally, architectural boards made by injecting and foaming a foamed synthetic resin such as hard foamed urethane resin into the recesses on the back of the surface board of an extruded polyvinyl chloride product have been popular as interior materials for houses. The width is usually about 10 cm, and urethane is injected into the recess on the back of the surface plate using an injection nozzle having 4 to 5 nozzle holes within a 5 cm width. However, when the width of the surface plate material becomes large, for example, 15 cm or more, there is a risk that the urethane resin will not sufficiently spread and flow within the recess with this injection nozzle, resulting in underfilling. Therefore, a method is being considered in which two injection nozzles 4 are arranged side by side as shown in Fig. 1 and the foamed synthetic resin material 3 is simultaneously injected into the recess 2 of the surface plate 1 from both injection nozzles 4. However, in this method, the foamed synthetic resin material 3, 3 from both injection nozzles 4, 4
It is easy for air to get caught up in the merging section of the engine, and there is a risk that air void defects will occur frequently.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it manufactures a construction board in which a foamed synthetic resin material can be injected into the recesses of a wide surface board without fear of underfilling or air void defects. The purpose is to provide a method.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. FIG. 2 schematically shows the apparatus used in the present invention, in which a first upper type caterpillar 6 and a second upper type caterpillar 7 are arranged on a lower type caterpillar 5. Release belts 8, 8 are arranged on the outer periphery, respectively. Further, above the lower type caterpillar 5, a front injection machine 9 and a rear injection machine 10 are respectively arranged between the starting end of the lower type caterpillar 5 and between both upper type caterpillars 6 and 7. The surface plate material 1 is formed into a long length by extrusion molding of polyvinyl chloride, aluminum, etc., and a recess 2 extending over the entire length is formed in the back part. First, the surface plate material 1 is supplied onto the lower caterpillar 5 with the recess 2 facing upward, and the foamed synthetic resin material 3 such as hard foamed urethane resin is fed from the front injection machine 9.
is injected into half of the recess 2 as shown in FIG. 3a, and hardened within the first upper mold caterpillar 6. Next, the foamed synthetic resin material 3 is injected into the remaining half of the recess 2 using the post-injector 10 as shown in FIG. 3b, and is hardened in the second upper caterpillar 7. In this way, the foamed synthetic resin material 3 can be filled into the recess 2 of the wide surface plate material 1 by two injections without any lack of thickness, and the foamed synthetic resin material 3 injected from the front injection machine 9 can be Since the foamed synthetic resin material 3 is injected from the post-injector 10 after curing, there is no risk of the two foamed synthetic resin materials merging together in a liquid state and causing air to be drawn in at the merging point, unlike in the conventional case. This can prevent the occurrence of defects.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the apparatus used in the present invention, in which a pair of front injection machines 9, 9 are used, and first, as shown in FIG. The foamed synthetic resin materials 3, 3 are injected into the first upper mold caterpillar 6 through a pair of front injection machines 9, 9, respectively, and then cured in the first upper mold caterpillar 6.
As shown in FIG. 5b, a foamed synthetic resin material 3 is injected into the center of the mold and hardened within the second upper caterpillar 7.
