DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a knitted fabric having a woven-like appearance. Conventionally, various knitted fabrics having a woven-like appearance have been proposed. That is, the appearance of the knitted fabric generally emphasizes the wale in the warp direction, and does not have the appearance of a woven fabric with uniform yarns in the warp and weft. In order to improve this drawback, some attempts have been made to emphasize the weft pattern, but the weft pattern is too emphasized,
It was difficult to create an appearance in which the longitudinal and latitudinal directions were equalized and the longitudinal and latitudinal directions were equally emphasized.

本発明は、上記の欠点を改良し、織物のごとく

The present invention improves the above-mentioned drawbacks and provides a woven-like knitted fabric that can have an appearance in which yarns are equally emphasized in the warp and weft directions like a woven fabric.

That is, in the present invention, the stitches on the back side of a double-sided knitted fabric are knitted with extra-thick yarns, and the stitches on the front side are knitted with thin yarns, and the knitted yarns of the back side stitches are used to knit the knitted fabric. It is a woven-like knitted fabric in which the weft direction and the warp direction of the knitted fabric are emphasized by the knitted yarns of the stitches on the front side.

以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below.

In the present invention, the stitches on the back side of a double-sided knitted fabric are:
This is usually a stitch knitted by a dial needle of a double-sided knitting machine, and when a double-sided knitted fabric is used, it is a stitch on the side used as the back side. Furthermore, the stitches on the front side of the double-sided knitted fabric are the stitches that are usually knitted by cylinder needles of a double-sided knitting machine, and are the stitches on the side used as the front side of the double-sided knitted fabric. With double-sided knitted fabrics, if you turn them inside out, the front side and back side will be reversed, so instead of deciding which stitches are knitted with dial needles and which stitches are knitted with cylinder needles, select the stitches on the side that will be used as the front side. The stitches on the front side are called the stitches on the front side, and the stitches on the side used as the back side are called the stitches on the back side.

Generally, the appearance of the front side of a circular knitted fabric has yarns in the wale direction (warp direction), giving it the appearance of a so-called stockinette knit. has a conspicuous appearance.

That is, as shown in FIG. 1A, in the front stitch of stockinette stitches, yarn 1 in the warp direction is noticeable, and yarn 2 in the weft direction is usually not visible from the front side. vice versa,
In the back stitch of a stockinette stitch, the yarn 2' in the weft direction is usually noticeable, and the yarn 1' in the warp direction is not visible. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing front stitches and back stitches of a circular knitted fabric. The textile-like knitted fabric of the present invention utilizes the properties of such a knitted fabric, and has the above-described characteristics.
The stitches on the front side of the double-sided knitted fabric and the stitches on the back side,
Thin threads and extra-thick threads are used respectively.

When viewed from the front side of the double-sided knitted fabric,
In the stitches on the front side, the threads appear to be emphasized in the warp direction, and when looking at the back stitches of the stitches on the back side (that is, when looking at the back stitches of the stitches on the back side from the side of the front side), the threads in the weft direction appear to be emphasized. Since it appears highlighted, a surface appearance similar to a textile surface can be obtained. In particular, it is preferable for the extra-thick yarn to have a thickness three times or more greater than the thin yarn in terms of balance with the stitches on the front side.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view schematically showing a knitted fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which 3 is a thread forming the stitches on the front side, and 4 is a thread showing the back of the stitches on the back side. Article. The yarn shown in 4 is made of extremely thick yarn.
Since the yarn shown in No. 3 is knitted with fine yarns, the yarns are emphasized in the warp and weft directions, giving a surface appearance similar to that of a woven fabric, as shown in FIG.

In addition, in order to make such an appearance even more noticeable, and to vary the appearance by changing the distance between stitches emphasized in the warp direction, the stitch structure on the back side is designed so that one or more stitches miss. It is preferable that the organization be organized in a similar manner. With such a miss structure, it is possible to obtain the effect of making the threads in the weft direction, which are visible on the back of the fabric, appear longer.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the stitch structure of the front side surface is knitted so that one or more stitches are removed. In other words, removing one or more needles means knitting as if removing one or more needles, and not knitting at all at the point where the needles are removed.By such an operation, the yarn shown in Figure 2 is knitted. The spacing between the strips 3 can be adjusted.

By adjusting this interval, the textile-like appearance of the surface of the knitted fabric can be changed and various textile-like appearances can be obtained.

When the knitted fabric knitted in this way is viewed from the front side of the double-sided knitted fabric, the back stitches of the stitches made of extra-thick yarns knitted with dial needles look like the wefts of a fabric, and the fine yarns knitted with cylinder needles look like the wefts of a fabric. A textile-like knitted fabric as shown in FIG. 2 was obtained, in which the surface stitches of the threads looked like warp threads.
