ねじ下孔15,15にタツプによりねじ切りを施
せば、略3山半のねじを切ることが出来る。

する必要がないので、加工が簡単で廉価に出来る
等の効果のほかに、孔明き板の孔を多少大径に設
定することにより、折重ね部のバーリングによる
ネジ孔上部が皿状に凹んで形成されるから、ネジ
の螺入がガイドされるという多くの効果を有す
る。
