に示すように、略L形状のブラケツト22を設け
るとともに、このブラケツト22の垂直片23に
プレスによりバーリングしてネツク部24を形成
して同ネツク部24の内径にねじを螺設し、ま
た、同垂直片23の一側上部にリード端子20の
廻り止め用の突起25が設けられて、取付片26
を介して板状部材10に溶着手段により止着する
構成のもの、また、(b)上記ネツク部24に代り第
7図および第8図に示すようにウエルドナツト2
7を取付ける構成のものがあり、さらには、(c)第
9図および第10図に示すようにリード端子20
をナツト類28に取付ける場合にはナツト28の
両側に廻り止め用の壁部材29を取付ける構成の
ものがある。

端子の固定部を埋設状に嵌込む凹部と同凹部に連
続して前記リード端子の取付部を嵌込み可能な規
制凹部を適数箇所設ける構成としたリード端子取
付用ウエルドナツトに存する。

凹部および規制凹部に嵌込むことにより容易に、
かつ強固に取付けることができ、また、規制凹部
により、リード端子の回動することが防止される
とともに、同規制凹部によりリード線はその取付
方向に指向されるので電気的、機械的信頼性を向
上することができ、また、このウエルドナツトは
その形状より生産性の良いヘツダ加工が容易とな
ることから、コストの低減を計ることができるの
で、リード端子取付用ウエルドナツトとして極め
て実用性に優れた考案である。
