【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案はねじ取付部に係り、更に詳述すれば
薄板におけるねじ取付部の改良に関するものであ
る。

従来のねじ取付部において、ねじ山が2山以上
取れないような薄板にねじ下穴を明けてねじ切り
する場合、一例として第1図aに示すようにまず
薄板1に下孔に等しい孔径を有するバーリング
(Burring)加工、すなわち小孔にポンチを打込
んで孔径を拡げると共に孔縁に一方に突出する鍔
2を形成する加工を施し、第1図bに示すように
この孔内周面と鍔内周面にねじ3をタツプ切りす
ることにより3〜4山のねじ立を行ない、第1図
cに示すように端子板等の被取付部材4を取付け
ねじ5で取付けることが行なわれている。この場
合においても板厚が薄いと第1図bに示すように
せいぜい2山から2山半程度しかねじが切れず、
しかも銅板のように比較的軟い金属の場合、ねじ
がばかになり易く、電気回路として両導体間の接
続を行なう場合、これでは事故発生の要因となり
問題である。このような欠点をなくすために、厚
板を用いこのねじ孔を明ける部分すなわち導体の
接触部分以外の板厚を切削により薄くしたり、ま
たは同一材料の小片を溶着してこの部分の板厚を
厚くすることが行なわれているが材料を無駄に使
用するのと加工に手間が掛り量産性に欠けると云
う欠点がある。

する作用が働くため取付ねじのゆるみが生じにく
く、スプリングワツシヤを使用する必要がないの
で被取付部材のねじ止め作業がしやすく、溶接加
工をする必要がないので、加工が簡単で廉価に出
来る等の効果を有する。
