判定する方向判定回路と、前記差電流を入力して
故障回線に流入する過電流を検出する過電流検出
回路と、この過電流検出回路から出力される過電
流検出信号と前記方向判定回路の出力のうち一方
の第1回線方向判定信号の論理積をとる第1の論
理回路と、前記過電流検出信号と第2回線方向判
定信号の論理積をとる第2の論理回路と、前記第
1の論理積回路の論理積信号の出力でセツトされ
前記過電流検出信号の出力がなくなるとリモセツ
トされる第1のフリツプフロツプ回路と、前記第
2の論理積回路の論理積の出力でセツトされ前記
過電流検出信号の出力がなくなるとリセツトされ
る第2のフリツプフロツプ回路と、前記第1のフ
