検出する逆方向電流レベル検出回路と、 該逆方向電流レベル検出回路の出力信号を所定
の時間遅延させる遅延回路と、 該遅延回路の出力信号を所定の時間だけホール
ドする保持回路と、 該保持回路にてホールドされる所定の時間が経
過するまで出力信号を送出しない出力回路とを含
