Claims (1)
- 圧電セラミツク素子への通電に伴う該圧電セラ
ミツク素子の湾曲変形によりリレー動作を行うリ
レーにおいて、両面に電極を備えた２枚の圧電セ
ラミツク素子を段違いに張り合わせて１つの圧電
セラミツク組体を形成し、この段違い部をケース
に設けた凹部に嵌挿することにより、前記電極と
該ケースに設けられた入力端子とが導通されるよ
うに構成したことを特徴とするリレー。
