Claims (1)
- 一対の励振電極を有する音叉型もしくは矩形圧
電振動素子と、一対のリード線を植設した基台と
を具備し、前記圧電振動素子主面の一短辺側中央
部を伸長させ逆凸形とし、この逆凸形状の両側に
リード線を配置し、前記圧電振動素子と電気的機
械的接続を行つたことを特徴とする超小型圧電振
動子。
