Structure of the invention To explain with reference to an illustrative diagram, in the yarn path of a flat knitting machine, there is a mill A that moves fully up to the set needle in the knitting direction, a right single knitting mill B that moves up to the set needle, and a left single knitting mill C that moves up to the set needle.
The bottom part 1 of the socks is knitted by engaging the two and weft-knitting to the appropriate size with a fully moving mill A, and the next required section that is continuous with the bottom part 1 is made so as to create a window 2 at the boundary. Socks are knitted by knitting finger areas 3 and 4 separately on the left and right and flat knitting with right knitting mill B and left knitting mill C, and then knitting finger areas 3 and 4 by knitting the appropriate length with full-motion mill A. This relates to a windowed flat knitted fabric consisting of an upper part 5. In the drawing, 1' is the yarn at the beginning of knitting of the sole fabric 1, 1'' is the yarn of the sole fabric 1,
1'' is the yarn at the end of knitting of the bottom fabric, 3' is the yarn at the beginning of knitting of finger area 3, 3'' is the yarn at the end of knitting of finger area 3, 4' is the yarn at the beginning of knitting of finger area 4, 4'' is the yarn at the beginning of knitting of finger area 4. The yarn at the end of knitting of finger area 4, 6 indicates the needle hook.

な考案である。C. Effects of the invention Since this invention is constructed as described above, it is possible to easily obtain a flat knitted fabric with a window in which the bottom, finger and upper parts of the socks are continuous. , By adjusting the number of stitches in C, you can create a window 2 in the flat knitted fabric of the required dimensions, so fold the window 2 in two around the center so that the window 2 becomes the crotch part of the socks. Since the stitches can be sewn together, beautiful socks that are comfortable to wear can be made. Since both edges of the second part of the window are knitted edges, there is no need to worry about dismantling the socks, and it is possible to easily oversew the socks. Furthermore, since the window 2 can be knitted to any size by increasing the number of needles appropriately, it is a practical idea that can be used to knit outerwear etc. by flat knitting.
