の周壁などの防水工事に使用する露出用防水シー
トに係り、詳しくはゴム化アスフアルトシートと
併用する露出用防水シートに関するものである。

悪くする欠点があつた。

とを目的とし、その要旨とすることろはゴム化ア
スフアルト層の一方の面に樹脂フイルムを介して
合成高分子ルーフイング材を積層し、かつ他方の
面にアスフアルト含浸不織布を張り合せた構造を
有する露出用防水シートであり、前記ゴム化アス
フアルト層に積層している合成高分子ルーフイン
グ材は、耐候性があつて露出用として充分その機
能を有し、また樹脂フイルムの存在によつてアス
フアルトによる膨潤もない。また一方、ゴム化ア
スフアルト層とアスフアルト含浸不織布の積層部
分は、下地の亀裂が大きくなりこれに追従し切れ
なくなると最も伸びにくいアスフアルト含浸不織
布のみを破損させてこれに対処し、その後はゴム
化アスフアルト層と樹脂フイルムを介して積層し
た合成高分子ルーフイング材を下地の亀裂に追従
させ、かつ露出防水の機能を付与させるものであ
る。

軟性、感温特性などを満足させるため、通常、ゴ
ム100重量%に対しアスフアルト100〜200重量%
であり、アスフアルトが100重量%より少ないと
樹脂フイルム及びアスフアルト含浸不織布への密
着がわるくなり、一方アスフアルトが200重量%
より多くなると柔軟性が少なくなりまた感温特性
に劣る。しかし、勿論、上記添加剤の外に軟化
剤、可塑剤、無機充填剤を適宜混入することもで
きる。

に張り合せたアスフアルト含浸不織布5は最も伸
びにくい層であるために防水シートが下地の亀裂
に追従し切れなくなるとこれのみが破損して露出
用防水シート全体の破損を阻止し防水性を保持す
るものであり、また露出用防水シート1に腰を与
えて該シート1の施工性を改善している等の効果
を有している。
