(Prior art) A typical conventional waterproof sheet is a rubberized asphalt sheet. This sheet is made of a mixture of rubber and asphalt, has appropriate elasticity, and has excellent durability and weather resistance. Because of this, it is widely used in various waterproofing constructions. However, on the other hand, this sheet is vulnerable to external damage and it was necessary to take sufficient care not to damage it during construction.

On the other hand, there is another type of waterproof sheet called Alf Alto roofing material. This sheet is made by reinforcing a rubberized asphalt sheet with single fibers such as glass fiber or polyester fiber or woven fabric.
This roofing material also has low elongation, so when it is pasted onto a waterproof subsurface, it cannot follow the expansion or contraction of the subsurface, and as a result, if the subsurface water cracks or fissures, the roofing also cracks or breaks. It had the disadvantage of causing a zero span tension phenomenon and impairing its waterproof function.

On the other hand, vulcanized rubber sheets are widely used as waterproof sheets with high elongation, but because the modulus is low and highly flexible, the waterproof sheet easily deforms during construction and is difficult to lay on the base. There were flaws.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The present invention improves on these points, and even if cracks occur in the base, by damaging some of the members that make up the tarpaulin sheet, the entire tarpaulin sheet can be damaged. By preventing damage and maintaining the waterproof function, by giving the tarpaulin appropriate rigidity and making it easier to install on flat areas, and by actively damaging some of the members that make up the tarpaulin. The present invention provides a waterproof sheet that can be easily installed in complicated areas such as entrances and exits, drains, and risers by stretching the waterproof sheet.

(Means for solving the problem) That is, the feature of the present invention is that the semi-vulcanized or vulcanized rubber composition layer has a basis weight of 10 to 70.
g/ m2 , tensile strength 0.5~15Kg/5cm, elongation rate 1~
10% of a non-woven fabric, and the adhesive layer is laminated so as to penetrate into the other side of the non-woven fabric, and at the same time, it is laminated so as to be in close contact with the rubber composition layer that has penetrated into the non-woven fabric. , the rubber composition layer gives a large elongation to the waterproof sheet, prevents the waterproof sheet from being damaged due to cracks in the base, provides a semi-permanent waterproof function, and has a limited basis weight and tensile strength. The nonwoven fabric has the function of imparting appropriate rigidity to the waterproof sheet to facilitate installation, and the adhesive layer is provided to facilitate the installation of the waterproof sheet on the base. Hereinafter, the waterproof sheet of the present invention will be explained in detail based on the accompanying drawings.

(Example) FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an example of a waterproof sheet of the present invention, in which a waterproof sheet 1 includes a semi-vulcanized or vulcanized rubber composition layer 2, a nonwoven fabric 3, and an adhesive layer 4.
It consists of The rubber composition layer 2 is laminated so as to partially penetrate into the nonwoven fabric 3, and the adhesive layer 4 also penetrates into the nonwoven fabric 3 and is in close contact with the rubber composition layer 2. The degree of penetration of the rubber composition layer 2 into the nonwoven fabric 3 is about 30 to 60% of the total thickness of the nonwoven fabric 3, and by penetrating to this extent, the rubber composition layer 2 and the nonwoven fabric 3 can be separated. It is prevented.

In the above configuration, the rubber composition layer 2 constituting the waterproof sheet 1 is made of general-purpose rubber such as natural rubber, polybutadiene rubber, polyisoprene rubber, butyl rubber, chloroprene rubber, styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber, ethylene-propylene terpolymer, etc. Thermoplastic elastomers such as thermoplastic styrene-butadiene copolymers or blends thereof can be used, and these can be semi-vulcanized or vulcanized by adding vulcanizing agents, vulcanization accelerators, etc. Even if the nonwoven fabric 3 constituting the waterproof sheet is damaged due to cracks in the base, the waterproof sheet 1

The nonwoven fabric 3 is extremely thin with a thickness of about 0.05 to 0.5 mm, and is made of polyester, polyamide, polyolefin, polyvinyl alcohol, aromatic polyamide, glass fiber, etc., by known means. The area weight is 10~70g/ m2 and the tensile strength is 0.5~15Kg/5.

Due to the presence of the nonwoven fabric 3 having such physical properties,
The waterproof sheet 1 has rigidity, which makes it easy to install it on the base, and on the other hand, by arbitrarily pulling the waterproof sheet 1 and damaging the nonwoven fabric 3, the waterproof sheet 1 itself is stretched. It can be easily adhered to the substrate and can be easily applied to complex areas such as entry/exit corners, drains, and rising parts.

(Function) Therefore, the vulcanized rubber composition layer 2, the nonwoven fabric 3, and the waterproof sheet 1 of the present invention, which constitute the waterproof sheet of the present invention, are cut into 50 mm x 200 mm.
Each tensile strength at a tensile speed of 100 mm/min -
When the elongation characteristics were determined, as shown in a typical example in Fig. 2, when the waterproof sheet 1 was elongated beyond a certain value, only the nonwoven fabric 3 broke, but the rubber composition layer 2 did not deform as it was. Therefore, the waterproof sheet 1 itself does not break. Therefore, even if the nonwoven fabric 3 is destroyed due to cracks in the base after the waterproof sheet 1 is laminated to the base, the rubber composition layer 2 and the adhesive layer 4 are integrated until these layers are broken. Follows the base and maintains waterproofness.

On the other hand, when the basis weight of the nonwoven fabric 3 is 10 to 70 g/m 2 and accordingly, the tensile strength is 0.5 to 15 Kg/5 cm and the elongation is 1 to 10%, there are disadvantages in the waterproof sheet of the rubber composition layer 2 alone. That is, it is possible to improve the problem that the flexibility is too great and installation is difficult due to the influence of wind and the like.

Furthermore, since the tensile strength of the non-woven fabric 3 is extremely low, it is possible to damage the non-woven fabric 3 by simply pulling the waterproof sheet 1 moderately, and in this state, it can be damaged in complicated areas such as entry/exit corners, drain sections, and rising sections. can also be easily installed.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above, the waterproof sheet of the invention breaks only the nonwoven fabric when cracks in the base become large, and then stretches the rubber composition layer and adhesive layer to maintain waterproof function. By interposing a nonwoven fabric with specific physical properties, the waterproof sheet is given appropriate rigidity, making it easier to lay it on the base.
In addition, by actively damaging the nonwoven fabric, it can be easily applied to complicated areas such as entry/exit corners, drains, and rising parts of the waterproof sheet, and has the effect of improving impact resistance. .
