As the base material, a coating material consisting of synthetic resin emulsion, fine aggregate, water repellent material, coloring material, antiseptic agent, defoaming agent, filler, etc. is applied to the plywood in advance at the factory to provide a waterproof roof. After fixing the panel for the base to the rafters that form the frame of the roof surface, attach ordinary adhesive tape etc. to the joint between the panels, that is, the panel joint, to make the entire roof waterproof. The method of giving was done. Adhesive rubber asphalt-based, synthetic resin-based, non-vulcanized natural or synthetic rubber-based adhesive material layers and synthetic fiber non-woven fabrics, synthetic resin films, metal foils, etc. The thing of about 150 mm was used as a joint part waterproof tape.

It is a big problem of this method that there is a risk of slipping when it is placed on the waterproof tape at the joint. In addition, if roofing materials are not installed in a temporary building, or if the roofing period is long, the appearance of waterproof tape applied vertically and horizontally is not only unpleasant, but it also takes a long time to install roof finishing materials such as roof tiles. Surface materials with poor weather resistance such as non-woven fabrics and synthetic resin films may deteriorate due to outdoor exposure for a certain period. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

A waterproof tape obtained by laminating an adhesive material such as will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIG. Figure 1
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the waterproof tape according to the present invention, which includes a coating film layer 1, a core material layer 2, and an adhesive material layer 3. The coating layer 1 is applied to the roof substrate panel because it is desirable that the film is not conspicuous when the waterproof tape is attached to the joints of the roof substrate panel and that it has a property of not slipping. It is preferably composed of the same material as the synthetic resin emulsion-based coating material. An example of the composition of this product is as follows. Acrylic resin emulsion 100 (parts by weight) Calcium carbonate 20 Talc P (manufactured by Takehara Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) 20 Silica sand No. 8 (fine aggregate) 100 Nopco 1097A (water repellent manufactured by San Nopco) 1.5 KM101A (Hoechst Synthetic Co., Ltd.) Of these, the synthetic fiber non-woven fabric 2a is for forming a coating layer 1 by attaching a coating material to the surface of the waterproof tape, and has good attachment property with the coating material as much as possible, for example, polyester fiber, polyolefin fiber, nylon. Fibers and the like can be used advantageously. In particular, nylon fibers are preferable because they have high water absorption and are well compatible with synthetic resin emulsion-based coating materials. The basis weight of the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric can be selected from a wide range, but 10 to 70 g / m 2 and particularly 10 to 30 g / m 2 are suitable. If it is too thick, the coating amount of the coating material tends to increase, which is uneconomical. On the other hand, the synthetic resin film 2b is for preventing the softening agent or the like in the adhesive layer 3 from leaching and transferring to the coating layer 1 through the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabrics 2a and / or 2c and contaminating it. It is preferable to use a synthetic resin film having a good prevention effect, and for example, a synthetic resin film of polyester, polyolefin or the like can be advantageously used. If the thickness of the film is too thin, it cannot sufficiently prevent the exudation, and if it is too thick, it results in an increase in weight burden and an increase in cost.
About 30μ is suitable.

In particular, when a polyethylene film having a thickness of about 10 μm is used as the synthetic resin film 2b, it is necessary to use the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric 2c due to lack of tensile strength and heat resistance at the time of laminating the adhesive material. The basis weight at this time is 20 to 100 g /
m 2, particularly preferably suitably 30 to 50 g / m 2. When a polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of about 50 μ is used as the synthetic resin film 2b, the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric 2c is not necessary because it has elasticity, high tensile strength, and sufficient heat resistance. Synthetic resin film 2
As b, a non-woven fabric 2a and / or 2c which is previously integrated by applying a bonding means by an adhesive or a heat welding means is used.

A method of slitting into a tape shape or a method of forming a coating layer 1 on the core material layer 2a after compounding the adhesive material layer 3 with the core material layer 2b, and then slitting to a predetermined width. It is also possible to manufacture by using.

Since it has the same appearance as the roof base panel, there is no discomfort when it is attached to the roof base panel joint, and it is not unsightly even if the roofing material is not installed in a temporary building.
Furthermore, since it has anti-slip properties, it is easy to work on a sloped roof, and in addition, there is no worry of water leakage even during the period until the roofing process, and interior work can be carried out with peace of mind.
