A typical conventional waterproof sheet is a rubberized asphalt sheet, which is made of a mixture of rubber and asphalt and has appropriate elasticity, as well as excellent durability and weather resistance. Widely used for various types of waterproofing construction. However, on the other hand, this sheet is vulnerable to external damage and great care must be taken to avoid damage during construction.

On the other hand, there is another type of waterproof sheet called asphalt roofing material. This sheet is made by reinforcing a rubberized asphalt sheet with single fibers such as glass fiber or polyester fiber or woven fabric.
This roofing material also has low elongation, so when it is pasted onto a waterproof subsurface, it cannot follow the expansion or contraction of the subsurface, and as a result, when cracks or fissures occur in the subsurface, the roofing material also cracks or breaks. It had the disadvantage of causing a zero span tension phenomenon and impairing its waterproof function.

On the other hand, vulcanized rubber sheets are widely used as waterproof sheets with high elongation, but because their modulus is low and they are highly flammable, the waterproof sheets easily deform during construction and are difficult to lay on the base. There were flaws.

The present invention aims to improve this problem, and even if cracks occur in the base, by damaging some of the members that make up the tarpaulin sheet, it prevents the entire tarpaulin sheet from being damaged and maintains its waterproof function. Furthermore, the present invention provides a waterproof sheet that is easy to install by imparting appropriate rigidity to the waterproof sheet.

That is, the feature of the present invention is that the semi-vulcanized or vulcanized rubber composition layer has a basis weight of 70 to 200.
g/m 2 and a tensile strength of 1 to 15 Kg/5 cm, the rubber composition layer is laminated so that it penetrates into a part of the nonwoven fabric, and the other adhesive layer is penetrated into the other side of the nonwoven fabric, and at the same time, the rubber composition layer penetrates into the nonwoven fabric. The rubber composition layer has a waterproof sheet that is laminated in close contact with each other, and the rubber composition layer gives the waterproof sheet a large elongation, prevents the waterproof sheet from being damaged due to cracks in the base, and provides a semi-permanent waterproof function. The non-woven fabric, which has a specific weight and tensile strength, has the function of imparting appropriate rigidity to the tarpaulin sheet and making it easier to install, and the adhesive layer is provided to make it easier to lay the tarpaulin sheet on the base. It is being Hereinafter, the waterproof sheet of the present invention will be explained in detail based on the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing an example of the waterproof sheet of the present invention.
It consists of The rubber composition layer 2 is laminated so as to partially penetrate into the nonwoven fabric 3, and the adhesive layer 4 also penetrates into the nonwoven fabric 3 and is in close contact with the rubber composition layer 2. The degree of penetration of the rubber composition layer 2 into the nonwoven fabric 3 is about 30 to 60% of the total thickness of the nonwoven fabric 3, and by penetrating to this extent, the rubber composition layer 2 and the nonwoven fabric 3 can be separated. It is prevented.

Further, the nonwoven fabric 3 has a thickness of about 0.15 to 1.2 mm, and is obtained by known means using materials such as polyester, polyamide, polyolefin, polyvinyl alcohol, aromatic polyamide, glass fiber, etc. , its basis weight is 70 to 200

Due to the presence of the nonwoven fabric 3 having such physical properties,
The waterproof sheet 1 has rigidity, and this makes it easy to lay it on the base. Furthermore, if the tensile strength is at this level, the nonwoven fabric 3 will be damaged due to cracks in the base, and the waterproof sheet 1 itself will follow the base.

Therefore, the vulcanized rubber composition layer 2, the nonwoven fabric 3, and the waterproof sheet 1 of the present invention, which constitute the waterproof sheet of the present invention, were cut into 50 mm x 200 mm,
Each tensile strength at a tensile speed of 100 mm/min -
When the elongation characteristics were determined, as shown in a typical example in Fig. 2, when the waterproof sheet 1 was elongated beyond a certain value, only the nonwoven fabric 3 broke, but the rubber composition layer 2 did not deform as it was. Therefore, the waterproof sheet 1 itself does not break. Therefore, even if the nonwoven fabric 3 is destroyed due to cracks in the base after the waterproof sheet 1 is laminated to the base, the rubber composition layer 2 and the adhesive layer 4 are integrated until these layers are broken. Follows the base and maintains waterproofness.

On the other hand, when the basis weight of the nonwoven fabric 3 is 70 to 200 g/m 2 and accordingly the tensile strength is 1 to 15 Kg/5 cm, the disadvantages of the waterproof sheet made of the rubber composition layer 2 alone, that is, the flexibility This can solve the problem of being too large and making installation difficult due to the effects of wind, etc.

As is clear from the above, the waterproof sheet of the present invention breaks only the nonwoven fabric when the cracks in the base become large, and then stretches the rubber composition layer and adhesive layer to maintain waterproof function, while maintaining specific physical property values. By interposing the non-woven fabric, the waterproof sheet is given appropriate rigidity, making it easier to lay it on the base.
Furthermore, it has the effect of improving impact resistance.
