た熱の不良導体よりなる把手7を取付けてなり、
一方の持手5を持ち調理器より外して、台上に載
置平坦面4にて、横立て角A度をもつて蓋を支持
するものである。この際、蓋の重心点よりの鉛直
線Fは載置平坦面4、すなわち幅B内に位置させ
る。さらに蓋体1の開口周縁8を内面の最低部9
より上位に位置させて、蓋体1の内面に附着した
水滴を最底部9に溜め、台上に流出させない。台
上で蓋を横立てすることにより載置占有場所を少
なくしている。台上より再び持ち上げるときには

ともなく、したがつて火傷の危険性はなく、安全
にして確実な操作が行なえるものである。
