[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a vinyl chloride resin laminate that does not warp and has excellent heat resistance. In recent years, vinyl chloride resin (hereinafter abbreviated as PVC)
There is a marked trend toward more fashionable flooring and wall materials, and with this trend, indoor interior products are becoming more luxurious. As such products, products coated with a layer crosslinked by UV irradiation with a composition consisting of PVC, a reactive plasticizer, a photosensitizer, etc. are used because they have good decorative properties and excellent heat resistance. There is. However, such products tend to warp after a while, resulting in inferior product value as flooring materials, wall materials, etc. The inventors of the present invention carefully considered a material that does not have such drawbacks, and found that a heat-resistant material on a shrink-resistant PVC base material.
The present invention was developed based on the knowledge that products coated with a PVC top layer are effective in preventing warping. That is, the present invention is based on a shrink-resistant PVC base material.
With or without PVC subbing layer,
To provide a heat-resistant PVC laminate with improved warpage, which is formed by laminating a substantially cross-linked heat-resistant PVC top layer thereon. The shrink-resistant PVC base material used in this invention is ordinary
PVC with improved shrinkability is acceptable; specifically, PVC must contain at least one member selected from woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric, glass fiber sheet, paper, and asbestos sheet. ,
PVC with the above materials adhered to the surface is usually suitable. The thickness of such shrink-resistant PVC substrates is usually between 0.1 and 5 mm, preferably between 0.3 and 3 mm.
Furthermore, plasticizers, stabilizers, carbon dioxide, asbestos, glass fibers, etc. may be added to this PVC base material. In addition, the PVC base material may be multilayer or single layer,
In particular, in the case of a multi-layer structure, it may be used in combination with a non-foamed material, a foamed material, or a foamed material alone. Of course, even in the case of a single layer, a foamed material can be used. The PVC subbing layer that can be used in the present invention may be cross-linked or non-cross-linked PVC, and may also be foamed or non-foamed PVC. PVC
Plasticizers, stabilizers, charcoal, asbestos, glass fibers, etc. can be added to the undercoat layer. or,
Such an undercoat layer may be a single layer or a multilayer. In the case of a multilayer, two or more layers of only crosslinked PVC may be formed, or two or more layers of only noncrosslinked PVC may be formed. Can also be used with cross-linked PVC and non-cross-linked PVC
It can also be combined with PVC to form two or more layers. Furthermore, it is possible to make a multi-layer structure using only foamed PVC, or only non-foamed PVC.
Furthermore, a multilayer structure can be formed by combining both foamed and non-foamed PVC. Plasticizers, stabilizers, charcoal, asbestos, glass fibers, etc. may be added to this PVC undercoat layer. In the present invention, even if the substantially cross-linked heat-resistant PVC top layer (hereinafter referred to as heat-resistant PVC top layer) is formed entirely of cross-linked PVC, some parts are not cross-linked.
It is acceptable even if it contains PVC. When the heat-resistant PVC top layer is formed only of crosslinked PVC, the crosslinked PVC may be a mixture of crosslinked PVC chips other than uniform crosslinked PVC. Furthermore, when a portion of the material contains non-crosslinked PVC, the non-crosslinked PVC used is in the form of chips. It is preferable to keep the mixing ratio of such non-crosslinked PVC chips as low as possible. In addition, non-crosslinked or cross-linked PVC chips include crushed pieces obtained by crushing non-cross-linked or cross-linked PVC plates, rods, etc. into unspecified shapes using a crusher such as a pelletizer, as well as chips with specific shapes. , cut pieces cut to size can also be used. Here, cross-linked PVC includes, for example, PVC obtained by suspension mixing, emulsion polymerization, etc., in which a phenolic polymerization inhibitor such as hydroquinone is dissolved in advance or a reactive plasticizer added later, or ultraviolet curing. Curing a mixture of resins, such as esterified products of polyhydric alcohol and (meth)acrylic acid, diallyl phthalate monomers, diallyl phthalate prepolymers, reaction products of diepoxy compounds and unsaturated acids, etc., by heating or electron beams. or a mixture prepared by adding a photosensitizer and curing with ultraviolet rays is usually used. Also, non-crosslinked
PVC is one in which crosslinking components such as reactive plasticizers and ultraviolet curing resins are not added when producing the above-mentioned crosslinked PVC. Note that crosslinked and non-crosslinked PVC can be colored in any color. The laminate of this invention has a heat-resistant PVC top layer and PVC
A printed layer can be placed between the subbing layer or the shrink resistant PVC substrate. Such printing layers are usually done with printing inks that are used to print PVC products. To form this printed layer, in addition to general printing methods such as gravure printing, flexo printing, and screen printing, a transfer printing method in which a pattern printed in advance on transfer paper is thermally transferred to the PVC layer can also be applied. When adding a print layer, for example
It may be printed on the surface of the PVC undercoat layer, and then a heat-resistant PVC top layer may be laminated thereon, or it may be printed on one side of a sheet-like material to form a heat-resistant PVC top layer prepared in advance, The printing side of this sheet-like material
It may be laminated so as to be in contact with the surface of the PVC subbing layer. Note that printing on the PVC undercoat layer may be performed after or before the PVC undercoat layer is laminated on the shrink-resistant PVC base material. In the laminate of the present invention, a thermosetting or UV curing paint can be provided on the heat-resistant PVC top layer, and irregularities can also be formed on the surface using a texturing machine or the like. Next, the laminate of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.
That is, the laminate shown in FIG.
Furthermore, a heat-resistant PVC top layer 4 is laminated thereon. The laminate shown in Fig. 2 is a PVC layer on a shrink-resistant PVC base material 1 to which a shrink-resistant PVC material 2 is bonded.
It is made up of an undercoat layer 5, a print layer 3 on top of it, and a heat-resistant PVC top layer 4 on top of it. The laminate shown in FIG. 3 is the laminate shown in FIG. 2 in which the shrink-resistant material 2 is included in the shrink-resistant PVC base material. The laminate shown in FIG. 4 has a heat-curable or ultraviolet curing paint layer 6 coated on top of the heat-resistant PVC top layer 4 of the laminate shown in FIG. Further, in order to demonstrate the warping prevention effect of the laminate of the present invention, a laminate will be produced next. On a 0.3 mm thick shrink resistant PVC base material containing the shrink resistant materials shown in the table below, a 0.3 mm thick material made by UV-curing PVC, a reactive plasticizer, a photosensitizer, etc. A heat-resistant PVC top layer of 150° C. is press-fused for 3 minutes and then cold-pressed for 5 minutes to obtain a laminate. The table below shows the warpage of the resulting laminate. 【table】
