Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は細い凹凸によるマット面が形成する印刷模様を
備えた透明軟質合成樹脂フィルムシートの新規な製造方
法に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、この種の製造方法Ｃ：於てエンボクシング６二よ
って模様入〕す〕ガラスに似せたものを得る方法は公知
であった。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
上記した従来の方法Ｃ：よシ得たものは必ずしも満足す
る模様入シす）ガラス調のものではなく当該方法は最善
とは云なかった。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明は版胴の版面に特殊インキを供給すると共に当該
版胴を以て表裏両面が平滑な透明の軟質合成樹脂フィル
ムシート主体片面Ｃ：印刷を施しのって阿片面Ｃ二細い
凹凸ζ二よるマット面が形成する模様を設けることを特
徴とする模様入シ透明軟質合成樹脂フィルムシートの製
造方法を提供し、当該方法によって満足する模様入〕す
シガラス調のものを得るようにしたものである。
〔実施例〕
本発明の実施例は版胴の版面署：艶消ぐすシ等入シ特殊
インキ（１）を供給ＣＩ！布）すると共に当該版胴を以
て表裏両面が平滑な透明の軟質合成樹脂フィルムシート
主体（２）の片面に印刷を施しのって阿片面Ｃ二細い凹
凸（３）　（：、よるマット面（４）が形成する模様（
５）を設けるようＣ二したものである。
尚、印刷工程を主体（２）の両面−二施すこともできる
。
〔作用および発明の効果〕
本発明は上記の通シであるので従来の方法によって得た
ものＣ：比してよシ模様入シナシガラスＣ二似た似た調
子のものを確実に得ることが可能であって、所期の目的
を充分Ｉ：達成することができる優れた効果を奏するも
のである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 版胴の版面に特殊インキを供給すると共に当該板側を以
    て表裏両面が平滑な透明の軟質合成樹脂フィルムシート
    主体片面に印刷を施し仍つて同片面に細い凹凸によるマ
    ット面が形成する模様を設けることを特徴とする模様入
    り透明軟質合成樹脂フィルムシートの製造方法。
