Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本願は、天然歯の欠損部の顎骨に人工歯根埋入
窩を形成する場合に用いられる歯科治療用リーマ
における操作つまみに関し、特にリーマの装着を
確実にし、かつリーマの交換作業が容易に行える
ように構成したものである。
一般に歯科治療において天然歯の欠損部に補綴
物が装着されるが、その装着方法として歯欠損部
に直接人工歯根を埋入するインプラント法が開発
されている。この方法は顎骨に人工歯根の埋入窩
を形成し、この埋入窩にインプラント材料から成
る柱状の人工歯根を埋入すると共に、この人工歯
根の上部に歯冠を装着するものであり、顎骨に設
けられる人工歯根埋入窩の径及び深さを調整には
歯科治療用リーマが用いられ、これを口腔内で手
動により回転操作することにより行われる。この
インプラント法に用いられるリーマは、第５図で
示すように支軸１の下端に外周（乃至底面）に刃
を形成した円柱状の切削部２を、また上端部に１
側面を軸方向に切欠３しその他端面に周溝４を設
けかつ上部を円錐状に形成した装着部５を夫々設
けると共に、前記切削部２の上部に、ストツパー
用鍔６を下端外周に形成したキヤツプ７を嵌着し
て成るものである。
本願はこのように構成された歯科治療用リーマ
Ａの前記装着部５に装着する操作つまみを提案す
るもので、その実施例を以下図面について詳述す
ると、本願つまみＢを構成するつまみ本体１０
は、前記支軸１を挿通する中心孔１１を有した中
空軸１２の上端に円板状を呈しその直径方向の両
端位置にネジ孔１３を有した支持板１４を一体に
設けると共に、この支持板１４上に空間部１５を
介して１対の隆丘部１６，１７を直径方向で対設
して成り、前記一方の隆丘部１６は前記中心孔１
１の１側部を残してほゞ全体を包囲するように直
径方向に延び、かつその厚味方向の中間位置に内
端が前記中心孔１１の一部に達する水平状の割溝
１８が設けられている。前記割溝１８内には、前
記一方の隆丘部１６の長手方向と直角方向に延び
る係止部片１９が介在され、その一端は枢軸２０
を介して前記支持板１４上に水平回動自在に支持
され、その他端内縁には舌片２１が上向きに設け
られており、かつ内縁中間位置には前記支軸１の
上端に設けた装着部５の周溝４と係合する係止凹
部２２が形成されている。前記枢軸２０には、前
記係止部片１９を常時内方（第１図において時計
方向）に付勢するスプリング２３が支持され、さ
らに前記空間部１５には、前記支軸１の上端に設
けた装着部５の切欠部３と係合する駒片２４が介
在され、これが前記支持板１４に対しスプリング
ピン２５を介して固定されている。また前記支持
板１４及び１対の隆丘部１６，１７の外周を包囲
する操作リング２６は、外周面に滑止め用ローレ
ツト２７を有しており、これが止ネジ２８により
前記支持板１４に止着されている。
しかして使用にあたり、スプリング２３に抗し
て舌片２１を押圧し、この状態でつまみ本体１０
の下方より歯科治療用リーマＡの支軸１を挿通す
ると、その装着部５の切欠部３が中心孔１１内に
僅か臨んでいる駒片２４の一部と係合してそれ以
上の挿通が妨げられ、次いで前記舌片２１の押圧
を解くと係止部片１９の係止凹部２２が前記装着
部５の周溝４と係止して操作つまみＢと歯科治療
用リーマＡとの装着が行われ、前記駒片２４と切
欠部３との係合及び前記係止凹部２２と周溝４と
の係止により回転方向及び軸方向の固定がなされ
る。
また第５図の状態からスプリング２３に抗して
舌片２１を押圧して係止部片１９を回動し、その
係止凹部２２と周溝４との係止を解くことにより
歯科治療用リーマＡを操作つまみＢより抜き取る
ことができる。
以上のように本願によれば、歯科治療用リーマ
に対し確実な装着ができると共に、その交換作業
も容易にできて、使用に極めて便利であるなどの
利点を有する。
【図面の簡単な説明】
図面は本願の実施例を示すもので、第１図は一
部切欠した総体平面図、第２図は第１図の−
線断面図、第３図は半裁側面図、第４図は係止部
片の平面図、第５図は使用状態における一部裁断
正面図である。 図中１１は中心孔、１２は中空軸、１４は支持
板、１６，１７は隆丘部、１８は割溝、１９は係
止部片、２１は舌片、２２は係止凹部、２３はス
プリング、２４は駒片、２６は操作リングであ
る。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 中空軸の上端に設けた支持板上に、歯科治療
    用リーマにおける装着部の切欠部と係合する駒
    片と、厚味方向の中間部に水平状の割溝を有し
    た隆丘部とを、前記中空軸の中心孔を介して対
    設し、かつ前記支持板上に、一端が枢着されて
    前記割溝内に介在し内縁中間部に歯科治療用リ
    ーマにおける装着部の周溝と係止する係止凹部
    を有した係止部片と、この係止部片を常時内方
    に付勢するスプリングとを設け、さらに前記支
    持板に、その外周を包囲するように操作リング
    を取付けて成る歯科治療用リーマの操作つま
    み。 (2) 操作リングが、外周面に滑止用ローレツトを
    形成して成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の歯科治療用リーマの操作つまみ。 (3) 係止部片が、他端に舌片を有して成る実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の歯
    科治療用リーマの操作つまみ。
