In this impulse seal method, the nichrome wire is energized for a certain period of time (approximately 0.2 to 0.3 seconds), heated and pressed, and then waits for it to cool down before opening the seal. However, if continuous operation is performed, the nichrome wire mounting base etc. Heat gradually accumulates, and in extreme cases, the temperature can rise to the same level as that of heat seals. Therefore,
To prevent this, attempts have been made to cool the holding plate and nichrome wire mounting base by blowing air from outside, or by passing water through the mounting base, but this is not sufficient. Currently, efficient continuous operation is impossible.

A large number of air outlet holes 8 are provided in communication with the groove 6. Thus, branch holes 9, 9' for blowing out cooling air are symmetrically bored near the groove 6 of each guide hole 8 in a direction perpendicular to the guide hole 8. On the other hand, a reticular Teflon sheet 10 of a certain thickness is pasted inside the groove 6, and the nichrome wire 2 is disposed through the Teflon sheet 10. Further, a Teflon sheet 11 is attached.

4, and a large number of blowing holes 15 are bored from the cavity toward the pressing surface,
Near the holding surface of each guide hole 15, branch holes 16, 16' for blowing out cooling air are symmetrically bored in a direction perpendicular to the guide holes. Note that a reticulated Teflon sheet 17 is adhered to the pressing surface of the plate.

Compared to conventional methods that blow cooling air from outside, the efficiency is more than twice as high. Also, compared to methods that circulate water, there are problems such as water freezing when the temperature is lowered, but with this invention The following items can also be used, and the efficiency increases by more than four times, resulting in a dramatic improvement in work performance during continuous operation.
