DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lid with an opening piece for opening the drinking spout of a cup-shaped container, etc., and an apparatus used therein. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a lid, which is characterized by completely adhering a portion where opening failure is likely to occur due to poor adhesion with the resin on the inner surface covered by the holes, and an apparatus used therein. Conventionally, when manufacturing this type of lid with an easy-to-open lid, a rolled-up lid material 1 is prepared in which a hole is formed and a thermoplastic synthetic resin is laminated on one side of the lid material, as shown in FIG. , the rolled-up opening piece 2 is flowed in the direction of the arrow in the figure, and at the position 3 in FIG. The laminated polyethylene 6 etc. are first bonded, and then at position 4 in FIG. 1,
The outer surface of the lid material 1 and the inner surface of the opening piece 2, including the areas where the first adhesive was applied, are to be secondly adhered to the entire surface, leaving the knob part. At this point, as shown in FIG. 2, the lid member 1 and the opening piece 2 are held in between, and the seal head 1 is lowered against the lower seal holder 7' to press the outer surface of the opening piece 2. Usually, lid material 1 is 60~150μ
Since the hole 8 is made of aluminum or the like with a thickness of Therefore, when the seal head 7 is pressed, sufficient pressure is not applied between the lid 1 and the opening piece 2, causing the thermoplastic synthetic resin 6 on the inner surface of the lid 1 and the thermoplastic synthetic resin 22 on the inner surface of the opening piece 2 to does not adhere completely, and even if the opening piece 2 is pulled during opening, the thermoplastic synthetic resin 6 will peel off from the opening piece 2 and remain on the inner surface of the hole 8 of the lid 1, resulting in the seal not being opened or being opened. There was a problem that it was insufficient. The present invention was conceived to solve the above problems, and will be described in detail below based on embodiments shown in the drawings. First, the manufacturing method of the present invention will be explained.
The overall process flow is as shown in Fig. 1, which is the same as in the past, and consists of a rolled-up lid material 1 with holes formed in advance and a thermoplastic synthetic resin laminated on one side;
The rolled-up opening piece 2 is flowed in the direction of the arrow in the figure, and the thermoplastic synthetic resin layer on the inner surface of the opening piece 2 and the inner surface of the lid 1, which are in contact with each other at the hole of the lid 1, is bonded by the primary adhesive device 3. The inner surface of the unsealing piece is partially bonded relatively strongly to the outer surface, and then the inner surface of the unsealed piece, including the part that was firstly bonded by the secondary bonding device 4, is left with a grip portion that is used as a tight grip when opening. The entire surface and the outer surface of the lid material are bonded for a second time, and then the rolled-up state is punched out into a desired shape and size using a punching/forming device 5 using a general method. Here, the primary bonding device 3 and the secondary bonding device 4 will be explained in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6. First, the primary bonding device 3 will be explained using FIG. 3. With the lid material 1 and the opening piece 2 interposed between them, the upper part of the opening piece 2 has a thermally conductive material such as copper alloy on the lower end surface. A seal head 9 having a convex portion 17 made of a superior material is disposed below the lid member 1 so as to face a seal pedestal 10 having a substantially smooth surface. The seal head 9 and seal pedestal 10 each have built-in heaters 11, 11' and cooling channels 12, 12', or may be connected to another heat source (not shown) instead of having built-in heaters 11, 11'. has been done. Next, the secondary bonding device will be explained using FIG. 4. Similarly, for the secondary bonding device 4, a seal head 13 is disposed above the opening piece 2, and a seal pedestal 14 is disposed below the lid member 1 so as to face each other.
3. The seal pedestal 14 is equipped with a heater 15,
15' and cooling water channels 16, 16' are built in, but instead of incorporating heaters 15, 15', they are connected to another heat source (not shown). Next, the operating state of each device will be explained. First, the rolled-up lid material 1 and unsealing piece 2 are sent to the primary bonding device 3, and the holes in the lid material 1, in which polyethylene 19 is laminated on the inner surface of the aluminum foil 18, are placed in the position shown in FIG. When 20 is located, the lid material 1,
The feeding of the unsealing piece 2 stops intermittently, and the polyethylene 22 on the inner surface of the unsealing piece 2 facing each other through the hole 20
The seal head 9 is lowered in order to adhere the polyethylene 19 on the inner surface of the lid member 1 in approximately the half near the knob portion 21, and the convex portion 17 is brought into contact with the outer surface of the opening piece 2 and heated and pressurized. At this time, in the first bonding process, as shown in FIG. 5), and adhere the polyethylene 22 on the inner surface of the opening piece 2 and the OP varnish 30 on the outer surface of the lid member 1 in the shaded area of FIG. 5, and bond the inner surface of the opening piece 2 and the lid. The polyethylene 19 on the inner surface of the hole 20 is bonded to the polyethylene 19 at a location c of the hole 20. In this case, as shown in the drawing, a Teflon sheet 24 is provided to cover the lower end of the seal head 9, and a Teflon sheet 25 is similarly provided at the upper end of the seal holder 10, and the seal is opened by heating and pressurizing it. After the piece 2 and the lid material 1 are thermally bonded, the seal head 9 and the seal holder 10 are made to be smoothly separated from the opening piece 2 and the lid material 1. In addition, in the secondary bonding process, as shown in FIG.
When the lid material 1 and the unsealing piece 2, which have been primarily bonded at the point c in the figure, are sent, a seal is attached with Teflon tape 26 on the top surface so as not to overlap the first bonded point c. When the lid 1 and the unsealing piece 2 are located between the pedestal 14 and the seal head 13, the seal head 13 lowers and presses the lid 1 and the unsealing piece 2 between the seal pedestal 14 and the seal head 13. 6 At the position shown by e in Figure 6, remove the polyethylene 2 on the inner surface of the opening piece 2.
2 and the polyethylene 19 on the inner surface of the lid. In the secondary bonding device 4 as well, the seal head 13 and the seal pedestal 14 are connected to the primary bonding device 3.
Similarly, as shown in FIG. 4, Teflon sheets 27 and 28 are respectively covered to improve the releasability of the opening piece 2 and lid material 1 after adhesion. Since the present invention has the above configuration,
Conventionally, when the opening piece is pulled during opening, it is easy to open the lid due to poor adhesion between the polyethylene on the inside of the opening piece and the polyethylene on the inside of the lid. Since the and opening piece are strongly bonded in two steps, it is possible to manufacture a lid with an opening piece that is easy to open.Moreover, in the second adhesion process, there is no overlap with the first adhesion. Since the Teflon tape 26 is pressed and strongly adhered at the position, air pockets between the opening piece and the lid material are not dispersed as in the conventional case, but are kept almost constant for a length of 1 at the position shown by f in Fig. 6. ~2mm
occurs at a magnitude of . Therefore, the area where polyethylene remains on the inner surface of the lid material when the lid is opened due to scattered air pockets as in the past can be reduced to a minimum, and the drinking spout is formed with approximately the same area as the hole 20, making the container easy to serve for eating and drinking. A lid that is easy to apply and looks good can be provided. In addition, as a device, in the primary bonding device,
Since the lower end of the seal head 9 is provided with a convex portion made of a material made of gunmetal with excellent thermal conductivity, it is possible to completely bond the opening piece and the cover material in areas where failure in adhesion between the opening piece and the lid material is likely to occur in the past. When the piece is pulled up, the polyethylene 19 of the lid material is torn, providing a lid that can always be completely opened. In addition, in the above explanation, the convex portion 17 in FIG.
The height is preferably 0.2 to 0.5 mm; if it is less than 0.2 mm, sufficient heat and pressure will not be obtained during bonding, and if it is more than 0.5 mm, wrinkles will occur on the unsealed piece and a large amount of air will be generated during the secondary bonding. This method has the disadvantage that air pockets occur and the locations where air pockets occur vary. Using a lid manufactured by conventional manufacturing means and a lid manufactured according to the present invention, a container as shown in FIG. 7 filled with juice at a high temperature of approximately 90°C was sealed and cooled to approximately 5°C. Afterwards, the unsealability was examined and the following good results were obtained. 【table】
