【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は風呂釡に関し、特にガスバーナの燃焼制
御用温度センサーの取付構造を改良することによ
り水滴付着による悪影響を防止することを目的と
する。

従来、風呂釡に沸し過ぎ防止用の温度センサー
1を取付ける場合、第1図に示す如くバーナ2に
より加熱される熱交換器3と浴槽4に連通する循
環パイプ5,6との間に設けられるガス風呂釡の
水室7に下端を閉塞した銅製等の熱良導性中空パ
イプ8′を上端開口が外気に臨むように取付け、
これに温度センサー1を上下に装着し、上端開口
をキヤツプ9により塞いでいた。斯る構成によれ
ば水室7中の水温は上下で差があり、中空パイプ
8′の下部は比較的低温となるが、中空パイプ
8′内の空気は加熱の進行に伴なつて温度上昇
し、その温度差によつて中空パイプ8′の下方内
部表面に結露して中空パイプ8′内に水滴が溜ま
る。これにより中空パイプ8′が腐蝕したり、電
気的短絡現象を生じたり、温度センサー1の検出
温度を変えてしまう等の悪影響を生じていた。
尚、温度センサー1は複数の感温ダイオードを直
列接続したものを折り曲げ樹脂チユーブ内に挿入
したものである。

止するようにしているが、燃焼のON−OFFだけ
ではなく燃焼量も制御しても良いものである。更
に第2図において、第1図と同一部分は同一符号
を付している。
