BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, some water heaters of this kind directly heat hot water by attaching a heater to the inner bottom of a container. However, if the heater is installed at the inner bottom of the container and the lower end of the water supply pipe that guides the hot water inside the container to the outside of the container is submerged in water, air bubbles generated in the heater part will flow inside the water supply pipe when boiling water, especially during boiling. When the hot water is pushed up, hot water or steam may come out of the vessel. As a countermeasure to this problem, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 14933/1983 (Electric pot) changes the shape of the lower end of the hot water supply pipe to increase water flow resistance.

Problems to be solved by the invention Previously, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 14933/1983, several types of lower end shapes of hot water supply pipes were proposed as a countermeasure against air bubbles entering the hot water supply pipes. If the lower end is attached directly above the heater, the discharge of hot water during boiling cannot be completely prevented. In addition, since the water flow resistance at the lower end of the part where hot water enters is increased, the resistance when hot water is tapped also increases and the hot water pouring performance deteriorates.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention was made to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. The structure has been designed to prevent air bubbles from entering the hot water supply pipes even when the water supply pipes are in use.

Function The heat generated by the heater causes natural convection in the hot water.
This flow rises from just above the heat generating part of the heater,
Descend to unheated parts or other surroundings. There are bubbles in this upward flow, but fewer in the downward flow. Therefore, no air bubbles enter the hot water supply pipe during boiling, and there is no natural discharge of hot water or jetting out of steam.

In the figure, 1 is a container containing hot water, 2 is a heating element attached to the bottom of the container, and a heater 10
and a non-heating section 11 (described later) that holds the same. 3 is a hot water supply pipe attached from the mouth 4 of the container 1 to the vicinity of the heating element 2 in the hot water. Lower end 5 of hot water pipe 3
is attached directly above the non-heating part 11 of the heating element 2, and its lower end has a simple shape of a cut pipe. The upper end of the hot water supply pipe 3 is connected to a hot water outlet 6. Reference numeral 7 denotes a lid that can be opened and closed at the top of the container, and inside the lid 7 there is a bellows-type air pump 8 for applying air pressure to the inside of the container 1 when dispensing hot water from the container 1. A pusher van 9 and the like for driving the air pump 8 are incorporated. 1
0 is a heating section, ie, a heater, installed inside the heating element 2, and is held in a non-heating section 11 made of a stainless steel container. Inside the non-heating section 11, a thermometer 12 for detecting hot water temperature, a connecting pipe 14 for a water level gauge 13, etc. are installed.

When water is poured into the container 1 and electricity is applied to the heating element 2, the heater 10 generates heat. Thereby, heat is transferred from the high temperature portion of the heating element 2 to the water. The water that has received heat conducts heat to other parts that come into contact with it and expands, so its specific gravity becomes lighter and rises. As a result, low temperature water with a heavy specific gravity enters onto the heating element 2. Also, as water is heated, the air dissolved inside it separates and rises in the form of bubbles. As this action, that is, natural convection, is repeated, the temperature rises and becomes high-temperature water, which is further heated by a heater to cause boiling. That is, there is an upward flow due to convection just above the heater 10, and this includes a flow of air separated from hot water and a flow of bubbles during boiling. However, even in parts other than directly above the heating element 2 or directly above the heating element 2,
Immediately above the non-heating section 11 other than the heater 10, there is a flow of low-temperature water descending toward the heating element 2. Therefore, in the embodiment in which the lower end 5 of the hot water supply pipe 3 is attached to this part, air bubbles do not enter the hot water supply pipe 3 even during and during boiling, and hot water is discharged from the hot water outlet 6 and steam is ejected. There is no fear of
Since the structure does not increase water flow resistance at the lower end 5, smooth hot water can be obtained.

Effects of the invention As described above, according to the invention, the lower end of the water supply pipe is provided directly above the non-heating part, and the lower end of the water supply pipe is positioned in the downward flow during boiling and boiling. There is no need to increase water flow resistance at the lower end of the hot water supply pipe, and it is possible to prevent air bubbles from entering the hot water supply pipe.
