本考案は貯水タンクから給湯タンクに給水し、
該給湯タンクに具備せる加熱装置によつて加熱さ
れた湯を抽出管から抽出する給湯装置に関し、特
に貯水タンクのオーバーフローと給湯タンクのエ

るのが一般的である。而して、エア抜き管とオー
バーフロー管を兼用させて構造の簡略化を図つた
技術が実公昭49−38931号公報に開示されている
が、斯かる構造であると貯水タンクの冷水の影響
を兼用管を介して給湯タンクが受け、給湯タンク
内の熱湯に悪影響を及ぼす結果となり、構造を簡

方に立設するオーバーフロー管と、前記給湯タン
クの上部から突出して前記オーバーフロー管内に
挿入され該管と間隔を存して配設したエア抜き管
と、前記間隔を前記オーバーフロー管及びエア抜
き管の上端にて液密的にシールする耐熱性のシー

フオン作用を利用して給湯タンク4の熱湯を抽出
する抽出管10が設けられている。この抽出管1
0の先端にはスプレーヘツド11が取り付けら
れ、該スプレーヘツド11に対向してコーヒー粉
末12をセツトしたチヤンバー13が引出し自在
に設けられている。また、貯水タンク5に設けら
れた第1の液面検出装置14は該タンク5の水位
を所定水位に維持するように前記給水弁6を制御
し、給湯タンク4に設けられた円筒管15の内部
に配備され、上位と下位の2つのレベルを検出す
る第2の液面検出装置16は前記抽水弁8を制御
