Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 反射部と非反射部が交互に多数配列した偏位量
    スケールと、相対的移動方向に隣接させた発光部
    および受光部から成るフオトセンサとを相対的に
    移動可能に対向させ、移動につれて発光部から投
    光された照射光が偏位量スケールの反射部に反射
    されて受光部へ届く場合と非反射部に当たつて受
    光部へ届かない場合の受光部への光のＯＮ、ＯＦ
    Ｆにより偏位量スケールとフオトセンサの相対的
    移動量を検出する装置において、 前記フオトセンサに被せ、検出エリヤ以外から
    の反射光が同時に受光されないように、発光部と
    受光部の間の位置に偏位量スケールの方向に向か
    つて遮光突出部を設けたことを特徴とするセンサ
    ホルダ。
