Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円板状の磁性体より成りその外周に等ピツ
チの突起を形成した回転体と、該回転体と空隙を
介して対向配設された半導体磁気センサーと、前
記回転体を回転自在に支持する磁性体より成る固
定台とを具えた磁気エンコーダにおいて、前記回
転体の外周近傍の側面と固定台との間に、軸方向
に磁界付勢用永久磁石と前記半導体磁気センサー
とを配設した事を特徴とする磁気エンコーダ。 (2) 前記半導体磁気センサーの一側面が前記磁
界付勢用永久磁石に固着され、その他側面と前記
回転体側面との間に小空隙が形成されている事を
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
磁気エンコーダ。
